NANCY KI needed to keep the U-Haul another day and the clerk at the store refused. Checked in the truck and rented me the same truck for significantly more money. Never ever again will I use U-Haul. Budget, enterprise, whomever is available I will go to first over U-Haul. The crappy customer experience and excessive charge lost a customer for good.

ALTON DHave used this dealer location many times. Very nice people and they always try to get you on your way quickly.
DELTON RThe location is shared with a gas station. I was returning a large truck and tow dolly. There is no designated place to park such a large truck with dolly and I had to circle out of the gas station and back into the location in order to park the truck. It was quite difficult.

She had to bounce between her convince store duties and checking out three U-Haul customers while the computer system repeatedly crashed! Homeless people all around property, grown men stripping down to underwear to change close while my family was in vehicle near by...
GEOFFREY BAbsolutely HORRIBLE!!! The man working offered no assistance, I had to ask him to help me connect the trailer (which I had a hitch installed by a U-Haul dealer/store & this person told me my hitch was not correct-ive used it multiple times this year with no problems!), upon return would not help with unhooking from my vehicle and was degrading by calling me a princess. I also had to help him lift the trailer to my vehicle and injured my back in doing so. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT EVER BE ALLOWED TO BE CALLED A UHAUL RENTAL SPACE-this is a Shell gas station on the side of the road. Also, multiple homeless people sit on the curb at this place. The homeless were friendlier and offered to help more than the owner!! When I called for directions, the owner was unable to do anything but give me an address. Absolutely worst experience ever & really can't believe I was sent here to rent from. As a single female, I felt unsafe, unsure of the trailer I was given, and completely helpless & insulted that I even needed help.

DAVID GMy 59 year old wife and I had to hook up our own 6 by 12 trailer. Agent didn't do a light check. We didn't know we had no running lights until we got pulled over by a Georgia deputy who said our lives were in jeopardy. Had to drive all the way back to Florida with my hazard lights on . Do not rent a U-Haul from 7808 PCB parkway. They do not care about your families safety. The issue was my truck but I never would have left the parking lot if they had done their job and told me I had no running lights. I will use U-Haul again but never from this location. They should not be allowed to rent U-Haul products. I'm a long time customer of U-Haul and will use them again but will do my own inspection before I leave the parking lot.
DAVID RDistrict Manager Chris's unresponsiveness and uncooperative attitude following the theft of my rented van, containing all my possessions, three weeks ago is alarming. This behavior exhibits unacceptable rudeness and disregard. In contrast, the rental location provided exemplary service. Furthermore, U-Haul's decision to clear my checking account, despite an ongoing police investigation and filed report, raises significant concerns regarding liability for the thieves' actions.

Sheila KThe only positive comment I have is Angel as the U-Haul rep was a pleasure with whom to deal. Kudos to her. Everything else was only OK at best. The biggest negative was that the only van available DIDN'T HAVE AN AIR CONDITIONER….that is very UNGOOD in Florida in August. I was in a time crunch for the job for which I needed a van and U-Haul was my last chance, so I had virtually no choice but to take whatever I could get in the little time I had remaining. But…that's on me for not doing a better job of planning ahead.

Patrick MAfter vehicle return, I received a $10.92 charge for 2 gallons of fuel at a cost of $5.46 a gallon. Seeing as how I put fuel in the truck ($2.32 gallon) prior to return attempting to guess where 9/16 of a tank would be, it would have been nice if the attendant could have let me know I was 2 gallons shy and I could have paid a reasonable price for the gas. Seeing as how the return location was a GAS STATION, I would have just put 2 more gallons in the truck there. Please stop nickel and dimming me and have the truck ready with a full tank of gas upon pick up and when I replace the fuel I know when it's full. This should be a policy (full tank and not 9/16 or 3/4 or whatever fraction you want to guess the floating needle is on) Thanks.

Arenza DBoth locations were horrible. One where I had my original reservation there was no one there for 3 hrs. I called and changed stores. It looked like it was run down and very dangerous.

lantoinette sThis location was very unorganized. When I walked into the store the employee had loud music playing with profanity. She answered her personal phone while I was there on speaker phone and proceeded to curse her daughter on speaker phone in front of me and my kids. It was completely unacceptable.
Alison SWould've rated better, but they had difficulty pulling my information in their system. Other than that, they were accommodating and they were done with closing out the paperwork by the time I dropped the trailer. Average experience.
Kurt AThis is not the location's fault. UHaul online system is seriously flawed. I had a reservation for weeks for a 5x8 trailer, confirmed online, received text and emails, all was good. When I arrived at the location, one person was trying to run an entire gas station/convenience mart and multiple people dropping off and picking up UHaul rentals. My reservation from online - and let me be clear, this was a UHaul defect issue, not the store's - my reservation would not allow the store to simply release the reserved trailer, it was completely messed up and the poor employee there had to start over with a new reservation and cancel my old one. We took nearly 30 minutes to do something that was already set up and I had checked in online and it all had to be done over again manually because your UHaul system is a train wreck. I will NOT do this again with UHaul. You need to fix your screwed up online system, it was deplorable and a waste of time for us all.

Michael LI reserved a 15 ft truck, they game me a 26 ft which was way too big it had a broken side mirror was very unsafe, thankfully we made it safely to our destination
KIMBERLY BBe more accurate in your gas tank level assessments. I was charged for $15 fill up upon return when I had, just a few minutes prior, returned the tank level to its original reading, as per agreement. I actually (verifiable with before and after pictures) returned with more fuel than when I picked it up. Our return credit of $67, after the reversal and subsequent $52 charge, still has not shown up on our credit card account. The new charge showed up almost immediately, but the return credit STILL has not been completed.

Emilee RI don't know if this location is a satellite location but it caught me off guard. This actually speaks more about me than the location and company, but I wonder if other clients have felt the same. Not sure if it could be brought the the customers attention ahead of time when a drop off location is chosen, to let them know prior the type of drop off location it is. Aka, this was not managed by Uhual but by people in a convenience store. Really not a big deal, but thought I'd share. Please tell me I'm not a "Karen" 藍
