I live about 20 miles away, and there are several other locations closer, but this location ALWAYS has the particular equipment that I need on location. steve hRemove snow from vehicle fully I before you say it’s ready to go. My back door was covering ice and snow and frozen shut. When I got it to my destination I spent a half an hour cleaning it off and melting the ice. It’s a great place w clean trucks and easy service but this was a deal breaker sadly

David DThis was my first time using a "virtual check-in". The process was not very intuitive, I was unable to take pictures of the truck at the pick-up location to display damage because it was parked very tightly between two other trucks. The truck was unlocked and the gas level was not matching what was provided. the truck location and key pickup location were very far apart.
Zackary MYou should think about putting a GPS in all of the vehicle so the customers could use them to get to and from places.
Helen WI booked a reservation online with No Coverage I get to the store to pick up the lady added coverage without my consent didn’t realize until later that night I’ve never experienced that before with U-Haul only at this location they should make adjustments to app if coverage is automatically added

John MThe tank wasn’t feel when I got it and then when I got my receipt they charge me for it because I didn’t bring it back to where it was at and I took my whole $80 instead of just taking some of it and putting some of it back so now I’m being charge for the next person. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time. So I’m basically paying for myself in the next person and the previous person. I’m sorry.

Dana AMy card was charged twice… two different amounts, I was running late and I never got a call to see if I was on my way and then the keys were not in the locked box.. I will be calling about the 2 different charges on my card.

Todd BIt took an entire hour for us to receive our vehicle and we weren't given the extra hour back. Additionally the surcharge for fuel was outrageous considering we only drove about 10 miles in total

David GI don’t have much experience renting moving vehicles but if I knew that it was this convenient I probably would have used them more often through my life I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone and when I got a callback after my online return because I made a mistake returning the vehicle and they took care of me very professionally and very pleasant to work with I appreciated that so much thank you all
Terry SWe had a reservation to pick up the Uhaul in Midland at Judds Rental and have a confirmation number. Went to pick it up and online and the app both said there is nothing reserved. Long story short we had to go to the next town to get a truck to move and added additional mileage.
Troy GOnly needed less than 2 hours but was worth the money to haul a large mechanic tool box home.

Dennis SThe location office was already closed and locked when I got there, 10 minutes before closing. The attendant was in a rush outside and I don't feel like she really listened to me.

Kathy HWith the price going up so high, we decided to put our cars outside and put storage in the garage. I think the people who have been there for a couple of years, as we have, should not be penalized by a cost increase.
