The staff in this business go above and beyond for their customers!
kat mI had trouble with the In App pick up process, I had just opened a chat when the local office contacted me directly. She was able to sort it out, fix the problem and email me a confirmation BEFORE my chat request was answered!! Very responsive and easy to communicate with. If needed I will use this location again!! Thank you.
TIFFANY MAdd a key drop box for after hours or closed days. It cost me an extra day rental not being able to drop keys on Sunday. I was not made aware of this at the time of rental.

Pedro QDon't allow people to make reservations for equipment that won't be available. If something happens to make it unavailable short notice, offer solutions instead of saying tough- you signed an agreement.

Michael HVery difficult to get a hold of anyone'. Always on hold for about 10 minutes. I understand the trucks are in high demand, but it would be great to be able to reserve one instead of hoping I can get one the day before it's needed. I was told I had to call the day before it's needed to see if one is available. Very stressful when moving!

Stephen LI was rerouted to this location at 4:30 the night before I was supposed to pick up my rental 50 miles from this location at 9:00. It is unacceptable to expect someone to drive 100 miles round trip to pick up this truck. Something needs to be done about what is considered "within the same region" The woman at the pick up location was friendly, but extremely understaffed as it took over an hour for her to get through 2 people in front of me. Then we were originally given the "wrong truck" and when she realized the paperwork didn't match we had to start all over again. I do not blame the woman at all. But if I never had to use UHaul again I wouldn't choose them. Unfortunately they have a pretty good corner of the market when it comes to price.

Carol MThe truck was not sanitized for COVID 19. I rented 2x from other sites and they had strong sanitizing protocols. This cab was dusty indicating it had not be sanitized prior to rental.
Edward DTank only had 3/8 gas, didn't tell me about line on contract showing how much gas to put in to make it the same as checkout so overfilled. She wanted me to checkout rental online but did it. Just got the feeling I was putting her out

I am about to do another rental here on Monday May 11th under my husbands name but different phone number and we are moving one way.
Joseph BWe were supposed to get our uhaul at 12pm Friday April 24 from the s Carson st location in Carson city nv When we showed up we finished filling out papers then an hour later were informed the truck was broke they could get us one in dayton(15 miles out of our way)they said they’d give it to us for a better price AND 200 miles for inconvenience As you know moving is a pain especially already having to wait until noon to get the truck THEN we find out we have to drive out of our way to get a smaller truck even though I reserved a 26’ truck a week prior Just to find out we were still charged mileage and didn’t get our full deposit I can honestly say this was the worst experience of my life and I’d never ever recommend this company There was a gentleman I believe named bo!?he did his absolute best (it seemed)to make things right Otherwise never would I come back and you should probably check into better employees

Rose WLet the customer know at the time of renting what the office hours are and that they require the truck be turned in during office hours. Although I believe that you can use the Uhaul app to return your truck to any location; this wasn't relayed to me as an option. Otherwise my experience was good.

I have never rented u haul that was never full when I left the lot.I will never go back again ever .

She also communicated with me every step of the way. She made for the most pleasant uhaul rental experience i have had to date.

We have requested to always do business with River Vista U-Haul because she has excellent customer service skills and always is always friendly. We have used this location since April 2017 for all of our moving needs and I will not go anywhere else. THANK YOU RIVER VISTA U-HAUL!!!!:-)
