Good customer service. Quick call back to answer questions. I did not setup the app but think if I did it would have been much easier. Next time... Will definitely use this site again for uhaul rental.

Was charged $106.00 for gas going 22 miles. Trying to get rectified. Looked at two trucks, both gas gauges were on 1/4 of a tank to start. When returned, was charged $106 to fill up. The U-Haul person was not there.

This place was a disaster!! Filthy mess of old broken down automobiles and junk. This is an eyesore on Uhaul. It should not be allowed to be "open for business". Of course, it really isn't. There was no one there when we arrived. We finally called the number on our contract, and he thought we were coming at 4pm--no where on the contract did it have a time. It took him 15 minutes to arrive and it was crazy getting the trailer hooked up and out of the maze of rusty broken down vehicles and potholes and disorganization.

We had to wait around. Was told one thing on phone and in person and then ended up being double the cost I was told! And I gave him a different card to change payment, which he said was fine. Gave him card info but he charges the wrong one which really hurt me financially! Was difficult the whole process!!

Hours stated as 8:00 - 5:00 on Uhaul website, Made reservation for 9hrs, Turned in keys at 4:22 PM in drop box because owner leaves at 4PM. Was charged an extra day of rental and insurance. Not happy!

Build a new office, the current one looks like it will fall down at any second. The address was very difficult to find using GPS, because the entrance is on a different street.

Gas tank was not full, it was less than a quarter of a tank . Had no way of knowing how much fuel to refill. Was supposed to be less than $60, but was over $95... Have pictures if needed

John represents uHaul Corp very well. He was flexible with challenges I had on the website (see next paragraph) as well as some mechanical issues with the truck. The corporate website needs work. I ended up making three reservations because the website kept throwing me out. Unknown to me, each time I was thrown out it created a reservation. I have used uHaul three times in the past week or so. Each time I used the website i had issues. The only time I didn’t have issues was when I made the reservation in person in Spokane Valley WA when I rented a van. Again, kudo’s to John from River City for his help!!

Nobody was at the location, kinda confusing on where to even park truck, had to call Uhaul to make sure I can leave vehicle, building where I thought the office was was very rundown. But everything in the end went well so I guess it would be rated average. I wish I could have talked with a person as I had further questions on future rentals.

Your reservation system is really shitty. Gotta give you a credit card number before they'll give me a phone number to call so that they can tell me what location has the truck I need.

Good customer service. Had a few changes to the rental, and it was all handled quickly. Used the late key drop, very easy.
