I was going to check in the truck with a person and was told to take the truck to another location. Went and did the checkin through the app and it was fine to drop at the designated location. I was also charged more then quoted.Dana T.
There was a black widow spider and a large web in the back of the truck. When the reservation is made you need to give customers instructions for online pickup.Dustin F.
Dropping off is perfect. I had problems getting the uhaul. The app didn't ask for me to upload photos of my license and the website + app didn't match the instructions in the email. Thank god there was a guy with the storage facility to help me on his end of the desk. Even then though he had to text me links to upload my license. I needed to call Rightspace storage as I thought that's i had lost the key to my rented truck. I called 6 times and no one picked up. Eventually I found the key, but if I hadn't, Rightspace storage would not have helped me at a very important timeKelly C.

I ordered a dolly and a dozen blankets, but when I picked up the truck early that morning (via mobile check in), they forgot to put them in the truck. I had no recourse, as the building was still closed. I called the Uhaul number, and was told the wait time was 20 mins, which I did not have. I tried calling the number for the pick up location during their hours of operation, and nobody picked up the phone...it just kept ringing. Not having a dolly and blankets made my job ten times harder. The clincher came when I received my receipt, and was still charged for the dolly and blanketsEvan H.

There were no Dolly's to move my furniture. Took 2 hours to go and park the truck and get dolly's from another place. Ruined my entire move, and the Uhaul customer servcie was very rude and unhelpful.Borna B.

Other then the location my experience was not pleasant. The truck reserved was not there even though I confirmed personally at location AND via phone with u haul the day before. I did appreciate the upgrade to correct this mishap. Your web check out was HORRENDOUS. I was on hold for 40 minutes calling due to your website having difficulty. I used 3 different browsers AND yes location services was active. Finally in 4th attempt while still in hold I managed to check out. Total time to do so 70 minutes. UnacceptableLouis F.

This was the worst experience with uhaul I've ever had from the SEVERAL phone calls to the people I worked with face to face. I've used uhaul several times before and was always a happy customer, after this extremely frustrating experience not sure if I'ok be choosing uhaul in the future.Aphrodite S.

There was no one in the office and was told it would be 20 minutes. I said that was fine I'll wait since i was dropped off there. I was told rudely to just do it online instead. I requested a dolly and PAID for it yet there was none in the uhaul. Every time I call the location to get my money back for the dolly no one answers. I've rented from uhaul many times and I have never an issue until this dealer. I will not return to this location again .Faryn D.

Upon Successful Return Of Equipment , Rep."Krystal" Refused To Return A Copy Of My D.L.& Indicated It Was Being Sent "To File"& If I Wanted To Dispute I Had To Call UHaul Direct!! This Is Identity Theft In The Making! She Was Adamant & Abusive Refused To Return Copy!! Only After I Asked Her To Call A Supervisor Did She Change Her Defiant Tune...STILL REFUSED RETURN..........Like It Was An Affront To Her Ego.......... I Did Witness Her Shred The Document. On a very hectic moving day, we waited almost 30 minutes for the counter person to arrive to check us in for a scheduled a pick-up at 10am. When they finally did arrive she never even apologized for being late! Very unprofessional. We've used U-Haul for years and this has never happened before, but we won't use this location again.Willie J.

Drove the truck around 20 miles it took $26.00 of gas to refill to the amount shown on the contract. That is a rip off over a dollar a mile for gas. Someone isn't doing something right.Glenn H.
I did all of my registration for the truck online. When I arrived at the location they seemed surprised that I was renting the truck. It felt like I had to go through the registration process again. I was asked if I was going to buy the insurance which I had previously signed up for. The truck worked fine. However, when I opened the back of the truck I noticed that it was not swept out. There were pine needles everywhere. I found a DVD player remote. An appliance dolly was in the back of the truck unstrapped. I called the facility to make sure that I would not be charged for the rental of the dolly and they admitted that they forgot to look in the back of the truck. When I returned the truck they asked how everything worked. I said I that I was a bit upset that there is a sign that says I will be charged $25 dollars if I don't sweep out the truck, posted in the back of the Uhaul but It wasn't swept when I received it. I was told, "I don't know what to tell you. The truck came in last night and we didn't have time to clean it out this morning." I picked up the truck at 10 am. They opened at 9 am. I was then told that I could wait around a while for a receipt of they would just email me. It wasn't a very friendly experience. I didn't feel like my complaint mattered very much. I wished them a nice day and left. The associates could be more friendly. The trucks could be rented out at the standard they wish to be returned. The back of the truck could be opened and inspected before renting it out to others.Paul K.

The girls working the counter seemed kinda clueless and it took nearly 30 minutes to get my truck. Also there was a problem with my truck. It seems that the gasket near my feet was broke and the whole 300 mile trip I had extremely hot air blowing against my feet and legs the whole trip.Jack S.
The blankets I ordered were not in the truck. Initially, no one was there to provide the blankets, but thankfully someone ended up coming. However, due to this delay, it took about 45 minutes to pick up the truck and I almost missed my movers.Margie M.

Due to inexperienced Phone rep.It took 45 mins to get our rental ...Also, I turned truck in with line above F for full and I was overcharged $9.95 for refull..I only drove 32miles from 9120 to 9152 mi odometer.. I walked in to a location to reserve 5 days ahead for that location (Horizon). Was told the Sunday before, Horizon location would have the truck. However, the morning of the rental, we received a call and the truck was 5 miles further from the location we were renting from. When I got to the new location, the girl at the desk first said that they did not have a truck available. When I told her someone called that morning and told us the new location and asked if she could go on line and check or make a call, she asked for my phone number, I gave it and only then she said she had a truck. When I asked if it was in the system before, she simply said, "it was under your phone number and you gave me your name, not your number". I would have thought she would ask for what information she would need or take the extra step to look without acting like I was putting her out asking her to check further after I was inconvenienced. Not the best customer service in this location.Barbara G.

I got in the truck, drove 1 block and the gas light came on. I called because my paperwork said 1/4 tank. I barely made it to a gas station. There wasn't anything on my paperwork indicating the approximate MPG so I had to put $20 of gas to be safe. We only went approximately 20 miles so this U-HAUL location gained nearly 1/4 tank of gas from me. I called immediately after noticing the gas indicator and the girl said that was the truck someone siphoned the gas out of. She never offered another truck. I think they have nerve charging me the mileage when they gained gas. Most rental places give you a full tank and you return a full tank. It's ridiculous to think people can guess how much gas they will use. The fact that no one cares to maintain their trucks means I won't be using U-Haul again!Gina M.

I returned car and the lady had a bad attitude when I asked for a receipt. She was not apologetic that printer is broken - just said check your receipt with a horrible attitude. I asked how much I owe and she bedrugingly went back to the truck to look at the mileage which she already did before. I asked what if I get charged differently by email. She was not happy at all. I hope my email receipt matches what it says on my mileage since she will not give me anything. Very poor customer service and the side mirror on driver side kept moving down.Marissa H.

The passenger seat and floor mat was covered in pet hair. It was obvious that the uhaul had not been cleaned. The person who had to sit in the passenger seat was covered in the pet hair from the seat and luckily was not allergic to pets.Jorie L.

I went to this location to be told there were no trucks available and only one on reserve. I then went to your Russell and 95 location, they too had nothing available, but they put me in a system where they search for the nearest available truck. When I received the call that the available truck was at 3921 E Sunset, I explained I was JUST there and was told there were not trucks available??? So we had to drive all the way back to the original location to pick up the truck and the lady there had no personality not apologized for her error!!!eric F.
