Check engine light on truck. Lock box was frozen shut it is not covered from the elements.
Matt SUnfortunately this was my worst experience with U-Haul the truck pulled real hard to the left the couldn't hardly keep truck on road it was dirty and just wore out.

Tiffany BI've rented from many uhaul facilities over the last 30 years. All experiences were fine. But this specific facility (Ridgeway) was an absolute delight. Husband and wife owners. Both were very pleasant and helpful. The simplest rental experience I've ever had.

Matthew HWe lost the catalytic converter and entire exhaust system on the trip. Hopefully Uhaul can preform more frequent maintenance and inspections.
Rolland KThe cab could use vacuumed, the back door is hard to lift. I drove one with a back up camera. You should install them all all. Overall great!

Mary HThe location and owner of the local shop were excellent, but the app malfunctioned and I wasn't able to submit a photo of the trailer, which was naturally very frustrating while standing in the hot sun after moving all day. I eventually just took my own photos for my files and called U-Haul to report that the trailer had been dropped off.

Desarae BOwner didn't show up until at least 30 minutes past my reservation time (which was also the time they were supposed to open). No apology, no sense of urgency to make up the lost time. Seems like a very disorganized place. Will not be back if I can help it.
David JThe original drop off location address was incorrect. I had an hour long wait on the phone to get this location at Ridgeway for drop off authorized.

I couldn't get the ap to work or locate me to do a virtual drop off so I asked owner to call me to confirm and all I got back was a charge for fuel for 12.75 which was bogus as I made a point to fill it exactly to level I had when I got it. I was so dissatisfied with this rental.

Nicole RThey switched the truck on us and NEVER switched the paperwork. It didn't have the right mileage and the gas was only 3/4but they changed us the extra money to fill it up more than what we used and DOUBLED the mileage
