Don was curious and very helpful.
JOHNNIE DWe found that the U-haul manager was very attentive and kind. The location was further then we expected and for out of towers it can be day ting to find, since the GPS we had unfortunately, got us turned around and confused. Going into the office was difficult, because of this smoking. We don't smoke and second hand smoke is a real killer, I became nauseous smelling it. Since the majority of the world knows that second hand smoke is dangerous to people who don't smoke and can cause cancer, my suggestion would be, since this is a business; it would be advisable to not have anyone smoking in the office area. Basically, good business practice and to protect the health of others.
marjean gDue to a lack of necessary equipment, I had to make two trips instead of one during my move. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the car trolley, the store was closed. Despite assurances of a discount to compensate for these inconveniences, no action was taken

Walt GRicks was fine but the customer service at u-haul was for the most part the worst I've ever encountered. Not only was I told I didn't know what I was talking about but basically called a liar. I-haul went into my checking account over 4 times and took out money illegally as I had been given a few days extra by u-haul because of the trouble I had endured but they didn't care they just took it out. I still am owed 43.20 from them taking it out after they were informed of the circumstances. I fold a complaint and was told I shouldn't have to pay for any of it but no one in authority seems to care enough to call a customer over 50 years back. But you can rest assured. This is the last time I will ever use this company. The way I was treated was abominable.
SHIRLEY MPerhaps don't allow customers to book trucks that are not, and have never been, available at this location. Then they can avoid a back and forth for 4 hours trying to book, locate, and access a truck that was smaller than was originally booked. Because that's what happened to me.
Terrance RI was not told of any mileage fee at the purchase of the rental truck.
KEITH MThe pickup place was fine. The reservation process with the main UHaul number was a nightmare. I won't rent another uHaul if I can help it due to the reservation screwups by uhaul.

IRVING BThe 24/7 check in and return was an absolute nightmare. App didn't work, website didn't work, we were given access to a key that didn't go to our truck, it was a sketchy neighborhood and we felt unsafe. It took way too long and was a completely frustrating process from start to finish. This was my first uhaul rental and will likely be my last.

GILBERT LThis location is not safe for people at night. Dark area homeless people and street walkers come up to you. We actually had to men walk up we got in our car locked the door, they knocked on the window teying to talk to us. Definitely not safe for females. The wait time to talk to a uhual customer service rep is rediculous

THOMAS BThe process to get in and out of the van seem disorganized and unnecessarily lengthy . Upon arriving there was some kind of verbal fight/argument from the workers in the shop. I would have felt very unsafe if I'd been alone.

ricky dFirst, I tried to pay with my MC Debit Card. I was told that that card was being declined for what ever reason. They tried to run it again, and said it was declined again. So I called my wife and she brought CASH to pay with. I get home and my debit card HAS been charged three times by U Haul. Now I am out the cash and still awaiting a refund from MC of the charges on my card.

Ronald EIt was a saturday and their closing hours were a little early; 12 noon.
Glenn LWas 45 minutes late arriving to site. They knew we were moving a piano but gave us a truck without a ramp. They were supposed to add 10 extra miles to the ticket because margin for delivery and return was too tight (3 miles). In addition, the truck had only 3/8 tank of gas so had to go off route to get more gas which added more miles to the total. The only thing good was the drop off. If costs more than planned will be asking for refund or disputing charge.
