When I left I wasn't sure if the truck was capable of making the trip. It had a miss I'm the motor and very little power. The truck was clean. I had made a similar trip moving my son's furniture about 3 weeks earlier and used 90 dollars in gas.....this trip used 150 dollars. The truck was crappy.

The gentlemen helping me was very odd, talking to himself, avoided eye contact and overall was very scary to interact with.

Hard to find space to return the truck.

Drop off location is cluttered and hard to maneuver in. Very difficult to find the return office. Two men in the office just took the keys and said they would take care of it. Dropped off truck around 12:00 pm. Received a bill at 3:52pm sayings they had to clean cab. It was clean when I left it. He should have inspected the truck at time off drop off. A very unprofessional business owner!

I picked up the vehicle and it was on empty. I mean running on fumes. The individual told me that if I had a 1/4 in the tank I would be reimbursed something. I left it with 3/8 and did not get anything. Seems to be a misunderstanding. Individual I talked to said I had to take it up with U-haul and just checked me in. I also turned it in a day early and did not get any credit. I should have kept it one more day. john adams. johnandlori@yahoo.com

The gentleman there truly helped me out. He stayed late so I could make my drop off, and it was quick and easy. I truly am grateful for all he did, and I would definitely use U-Haul and his location again

We called the phone number on the reservation to inquire about the times to drop off the trailer. The man was extremely rude. When we arrived we could not figure out where to drop off the trailer as the building looked abandoned. We called again for help, and the man started yelling at us. Not a great reflection on your company

This was terrible. I will NEVER EVER be renting a U-Haul ever again in the future. This is the worst experience I have had with a rental company.

The people at Rick's were great! However, having to drive all over town because every uhaul is full is very frustrating for customers.

No we're to park truck, office was run down and dirty, no office posted. Person was not at location at 8 a.m. drop foo time. I was charged $25 for a cleaning fee after I made sure nothing was in front or back of truck and was sweep out.

Equipment was in excellent condition and performed well. Rick is a colorful guy, but knows what he is doing, and transacted our business efficiently.

I was supposed to drop off the trailer at Dominion Land and Auction in Blacksburg. I was turned away there and sent to Rick's Garage. This cost me an extra hour in a day where I did not have a lot of spare time. The guy at Rick's was not super happy about my surprise visit but I don't fault him. Thankfully he helped me out and accepted it. My guess is the operators don't like to accept a bunch of trailers since they are a hassle to move compared to the trucks. But that should not affect the customers. The original operator at Dominion should have accepted it. I suspect in the next couple weeks they will be sending Rick's a ton of trailers as students move into their dorms. And he will not be too happy.

I was lied to by a Uhaul rep over the phone who advised that the first month would be free. I was on the phone over 2 hours trying to get this resolved. Plus the storage unit was dirty and full of spider webs and is very hard to find and not well maintained.

Send out instructions for the 24/7 pick up and drop off Including the info required to check out the vehicle and how it works. Very frustrating. Also the proprietor was not at all interested in helping

Not exactly a clean and inviting location. They did do me a favor by taking the trailer since my scheduled drop off location refused to take it.

Was not the location I was suppose or chose to drop off at! Store was supposed to be open was not open.

When you reserve a truck then it should be at the location uhaul sends people to. I ended up getting a smaller truck cause the size I reserved was not available.
