I have rented a lot of uhauls and for the most part, I have always had an average experience. Today I had the best experience with uhaul I ever have. The man who helped me (I don't remember his name unfortunately) was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I will only use this location from now on when using uhaul because the customer service was so amazing!

All self service No attendant just a key drop off box but it was easy just following instructions on line

If the only available rental is 51mi from where i need it, I should've not been charged for the mileage, considering the inconvenience it put on me. Was charged over $200 because of mileage
JOHLIE URIELLE H.I ordered several sets of furniture pads and a dolly but never received them. Called uhaul and reported the issue. Person said they would remove them so I would not be charged. My furniture is ruined and I received a bill that included charges for furniture pads and the dolly. I will NEVER use uhaul again!

Ariel W.I had to pay for someone to pick me up when I initially went to drop my uhaul off ($60). I arrived and there was a sign on the door saying closed for maintenance. As a result, I had to used PTO and pay for another person to pick me up the next day. It was a HUGE inconvenience.
