William S | Overall ExperienceI would not recommend Uhaul. The place did not have the equipment that was rented online. The local place said uhaul did not provide them with equipment. Uhaul should not allow me to reserve something that is not available.
Bradley ZLea was an absolute pleasure from the time I booked the reservation to the time I returned it. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and made the experience that much more pleasurable. I would highly recommend Richard Self Storage for any vehicle and storage needs.

Jason SWe showed up to pick up the Uhaul and no one was was at the office. Called the manager and she said that uhaul didn’t notify her that there was a rental. We were on a time schedule and was late for where we needed to be. Office was a mess and we also were not notified about the $80 day rental if you exceed 100 miles.
John RFriendly enough service but the location is off the beaten path, steep hill in and out, some Items in the back of the van that I cleared out. Again, friendly service but I prefer other locations in Morgantown.

Also, I was charged $10 CDW coverage which I have no idea what that is, waived all insurances with my reservation. I want a credit for the coverage and a new receipt.

Carrie R | ReservationI had originally held a van at the Grafton Rd, Morgantown WV location. When I arrived for pick the door was locked and no one was there. I was not pleased! Had to drive to Earl L Core Rd... they were awesome ! Not at all pleased with Grafton Rd, who took my credit card#.
