Candy MVehicle notes: Windshield was VERY dirty and bug smeared at pickup. (returned in the same condition) Driver seat would not adjust/slide forward or backward despite multiple attempts Midway through the rental I parked the van on the street in a level place. Upon returning to the vehicle and attempting to leave, the van rolled backwards when placed into Drive. I immediately braked and put the van into park and tried again. It continued to roll backward (and accelerated in reverse with gas) during a second attempt. After putting it back in park I turned off the vehicle and let it sit for a few moments. Upon restart it went forward as needed when put into drive.

Robert HDrop-off was a breeze. The operators of this location were very friendly and made turning in the trailer very easy.

DOUG BIt would have helped if the first person I talked to knew your equipment...I paid extra for a truck I didn't need...I could have used one of the pickups instead of a 15 ft truck

Ricky SPerhaps you should instruct your rental agents to be clear and concise about what the contract specifies. I rented a trailer to move 145 miles and was only told after the fact upon returning the equipment that it was a local rental and was overcharged by $150+ which I dispute the validity of and absolutely demand a refund for the ridiculous wrong location return charges.
Robert SBoth places were good, she asked me if I had any issue with the trailer and I told her it pulled great. They unhooked it from my truck and I was on my way.

DEREK GVer professional, had all equipment we needed. The 20’ truck was clean and ready to go. It ran perfectly from Sheridan WY to Ann Arbor MI to Chicago IL. And the drop off location was equally as friendly and eager to help when I would call. A+ to all!
