The rep at the store Michael was completely rude, unhelpful, and couldn't answer any questions I asked him. This location is not clearly marked as a uhaul drop off and when asked where the front door to drop off the keys were his response was "I don't know how to explain how doors work." I will never go to Rethink Home or use that Uhaul drop off again.

MATTHEW KI was hoping to get reimbursed for the extra fuel left in the truck. We received the truck with a quarter full of gas, and returned it at 75%. REGINA SThe business was closed when we picked up. We had lots of questions and when we called U-Haul we were transferred multiple times. For our long trip it would have been better to pickup at a main hub. We had one down the street from us. Other then that it was great!

If I discover a business is democratic owned, I never do business there and tell other Republican friends. There are many Republicans who adhere to this practice. Floyd WI used the app for self check in and check out, the app didn't work smoothly at check out. That's the only complaint
Dale SI drove only 10 miles and when I went to refill the fuel, it cost me $14.42! And then, Michael said, "oh, well; you have to call Corporate; I just input the numbers. If he only inputs the numbers, he should be able to tell when its been filled up. I want my money back for having to refill other people's fuel!l

Adeline KThe van was completely snowed in, 2+ feet of snow covering the whole thing. Plus, a plow truck plowed a 4ft berm behind it and I had to borrow a shovel from a neighboring business to use because no one was at the store I picked up from. The U-Haul was clean and ran great, but I was verry disappointed that I had to spend over 30 minutes digging it out myself.

I was unable to contact the business owner during business hours to discuss this, but I did leave a message 15 minutes before they closed and am hoping to hear back from them tomorrow.

glen oThis store is in the middle of moving down the street. Signs were posted on the door they are moving and no one answering. No instructions when booking you will need to do everything online and get a code to get the keys for vehicle out of the lot. Wasted a whole hour of trying to vehicle out of lot.

The person that checked me in didn't even scold me for being 25 minutes late because my gps took me to the wrong return location my only regret about this experience is that the truck was already rented out to someone else and I was not able to rent it for two more days

Caleb LWhen I arrived at this location to pick up my U-Haul all I could remember was some lady talking to police about a discrepancy with her bill. Whether valid or not I don't know.
RONALD AThe staff of Rethink Home are great and the truck was clean but not well maintained. I'm glad my move was local, I wouldn't have trusted the truck to make it very far. There was some pretty horrid sounds the brake system made, the driveline howled and the steering box leaked fluid wherever it was parked.
Kevin RI was never told about a after hour service fee, I was told I can return the vehicle at anytime, but never disclosed a after hour fee. I then was charged for something that was never brought to my attention. Even in the contract it never states a after hour fee. When I clicked the email to write a email about my issue, the email was invalid.
Brittney GMost of the truck was clean but the cargo box floor was dirty and had obviously not been cleaned after the last use. The rental location was fine and handled most all of my questions though they did not explain the return procedure and/or after hours drop off. The U-Haul website does not work very well. It implies you may complete your rental WITHOUT creating a login but it will not let you do so. It also did not provide cost information for the optional insurance coverage.
Mark TI showed up on time to pick up my rental spent and hour trying to send photos of myself and my ID while chatting with support who was being kind of helpful. The whole process was not as easy as I thought it was going to be and should have been. Next time i need to move I'm going to avoid U-Haul.
