We rented from Rent A Space Rochester for approximately 2–3 years, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Sandy for everything she did for us during that time. When we first moved in, we were transferring our belongings from another storage facility in the area where we had experienced some significant difficulties. Admittedly, there were a few hiccups during our transition to Rent A Space as well, but what really set this experience apart was how those situations were handled. Sandy consistently went above and beyond to accommodate us, address concerns, and make our experience as positive as possible. Throughout the years, she was understanding, patient, and genuinely willing to work with us whenever we needed assistance. What I appreciated most was that her commitment to good customer service wasn’t limited to resolving an initial issue. It was something she demonstrated consistently throughout our time there, and that made a lasting impression. I promised Sandy that when we eventually moved out, I would take the time to leave a review recognizing her efforts, and I wanted to make sure I followed through on that promise. No business experience is necessarily perfect, but the way people respond, treat their customers, and build relationships over time says far more about the quality of a business than any isolated challenge. Thank you, Sandy, for your kindness, flexibility, and all the work you put into making our experience a good one. It truly did not go unnoticed, and I hope Rent A Space recognizes the value you bring to their customers.

Excellent communication and ease of use. The contract and billing was all done electronically, which made things especially easy. Access to the storage units was very convenient. I highly recommend.

Excellent location. Staff is amazing. They helped us out when we lost our keys and while arranging for renting the unit. Much better than the other storage places in the area.

I have rented space with Rent-a-space a number of times. I have and will always use them. The Manager- (Sa) is wonderful and totally professional, communicates well and works with your needs. Security, lighting, access, cleanliness all are top marks. I usually don't do surveys but this one is important. USE Rent-a-Space !

The staff for this facility didn't give me the extra month that I paid with anticipation. I understand about the deposit that I gave when I rented this storage because I left a little stuff inside of the storage but that is not applied for the extra month. They rejected to refund my money.

I love this location and staff. Although the office hours are limited I was always able complete the necessary transactions. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend this location. It's safe, convenient, friendly, and easy to access. 5 out of 5 stars.
