Very friendly and knowledgeable personell. Original trailer hooked up to my RV had an issue with lights. Unit was exchanged for one (AV3884 R) with operating lights, and I was on my way. Trailer operated as designed for my entire trip.

The left turn signal didn’t wor stop origin. Person helping to get it ready to go, said the lights were halogen and never burn out and the light unit is bolted in. So couldn’t do anything to make it work. My son found loose wires that he electrical taped together but the signal still did not work.

The people at Renegade were friendly and helpful. They truck was in very good shape. My frustration was that I scheduled the pick up in Winchester 2 weeks ahead of my move date. I was notified 24 hours before picking up the truck that all that was available was a 26' truck and that the closest 10' (which is what I reserved) was an additional 20 miles round trip.

We were forced to get our uhaul here because we were told a day before we had to move that they did not have the right truck for us even though we reserved it. We had to add a 40 minute drive there and back on top of a 4 hour drive to get to our new place. We will never use uhaul again

The truck was throwing heat through the case inside the cab to get to the motor, the lights on the vehicle were very dim could not tell if they were on. It did not have a lot of power. The miles traveled does not allow for getting lost or getting off exits and back on for food or restrooms.

I was very disappointed in how it went. The guy I talked to on the phone sounded high, he told me he would include a cart and didnt. I only had the truck for not even 4 hours and paid about 120 dollars! They had it rented out and I had to have it back by 9am when i didnt pick it up until 345!
