Original reservation was for pickup at a different location. Last-minute change resulted in added complications. I appreciate the effort to ensure that a truck would be available, but better care to have the truck ready at the location where it was reserved would make the experience much better for your customers.Gabriel D.

How about customer service that ANSWERS THE PHONE? how about customer service that doesn't throw you back in the cue unceremoniously.? How about consitency between what you asked for and what you get? HOW ABOUT COURTESY FROM YOUR REPS? This company is absolute garbage and your service is appalling. It goes to show how multi nationals have a monopoly and it is the only way they stay inbusiness is because there are no alternatives. For shame. The stress and aggravation I got was only matched by the over-pricing. I will file a complaint with the OPC and all channels that I can find.BENOIT L.

The truck was really dirty, the mobile pick up app is simply useless, the process is complicated, long and tedious. In this day and age, isn't it possible to apply a mobile model like Communauto, Car2Go or any modern vehicle rental service? Mobile unlock, driver verification BEFORE you are in front of the truck at -20 Â°C, or at least a functional app? Terrible experience overall.Luis Angel V.

Uhaul app does not work importing photos and at first, its complicated to pick-up the truck with mobile. Its an amazing idea to pick-up a truck at any time but it took me more than one hour just to do it. Just improve this processe and everything will be perfectLouis-Philippe B.

I rented the truck to move from Montreal to Kitchener. Although I ,made my reservation long time before the pick up date. I was advised that a truck in Montreal was not available just one day before and that I had to travel to Sorel-Tracy instead, which is 90km away. Although I got 90km compensated for the additional km, I still had to drive there to pick the unit up, so additional 2x90 km for my personal car, plus gas and in addition I lost 2 hours that I planned for the move. I was coming from Kitchener. Although I was advised during the reservation that a truck might not be available, I was not very happy to be informed just one day in advance that in fact there was not one available. The people at Sorel Tracy were very very nice and helpful, but I think that your scheduling team could do better.DIETER B.
