I was charged extra miles that were mostly a result of having to pick up the rental in moosic instead of South Abington (the location I originally selected). I had to drive the truck back to south abington just to load up so that was extra time, gas, and miles; it was inconvenient and not fair. I was charged for furniture pads I requested in the online reservation, even though they didn't have any to give me. We had to point out that i was still charged for pads and call Uhaul to have them tell him how to fix it. Even though the charge was finally fixed, it took time i didnt have and i didn't get the supplies I needed. Uhaul's website shouldn't promise supplies that aren't available or locations that won't be the same (Uhaul switched my pickup location last minute). This was not a good experience at all. Too much inconvenience and then an extra mileage charge to top it all of at the end is ridiculous. Uhaul needs to fix their systems, start keeping their promises, and not charge for mileage situations they created.

Price said 3999 per day so I don't know how it ended up costing 13700 I think this is an outrageous amount to charge for not even 24 hours of use

My credit card was chard 3x for one 24 hour period.. this needs to be rectified
