The Coverage bill of $14 was charged without my notice, though it was listed in the Contract, it was not explained at all and in fact i did not opt for it when i reserved it. This is really insane.

After providing all information before the rental, I am required to provide all that information again. Also, the requirement to provide alternative contact was absurd. So I had to call different friends and request them to be alternative contacts. I am never renting with UHaul again because of the weird requirements/processes.

Had booked a 15 foot u haul more than 2 weeks ago... go in today and they say only 10 foot available.... it was insane had to do multiple trips for a good up uhaul and the agency had. Absolute mismanagement

The key is very stubbrn to get turned on. I mention it to the attendant and he informed me that U Haul has known about the problem for 2 years now. I want to see your reaction when a customer is stuck somewhere because they cannot get the key to turn to start the engine. Maybe a service call or a towing bill will nudge ya'll to fix it.

The u-haul part of the experience was great. However, the Pickup location was bad. Did not open till 25 minutes after their stated open time so had to stand around and wait just to get handed the key.

Truck was filthy and smelled of manure - NOT what someone wants for moving their household goods. When I rented the truck I indicated this, when I returned I said it was not ready for the next renter and UHaul wanted to charge ME. Disappointing with the truck and the way your app handles this getting reported.

I have had an awful experience with Uhaul this time. I had to call three times last week to get things set up and because they changed my pick up location to this location without asking. I did not choose this location though it was fine. I asked them where I would be dropping off and they told me they didn't know and that I would have to call Uhaul for a fourth time to find out. I did exactly that and was told to bring the truck to Redmond (which was close to where I wanted). This was fine until I got a call the day after from a manager telling me that I had to go back to Redmond to move the truck for her or I would be charged fees. She told me that she wishes that they had enough personnel to move the truck themselves but they don't so I have to do it. I told her to check the recording of my phone call from yesterday that instructed me to leave the truck there and that I refused to pay fees or go all the way back to Redmond. She never called me back but I got this survey and no charges to I assume she got it figured out and found that I wasn't lying. AWFUL SERVICE! I will be avoiding the use of Uhaul in the future even if the alternative costs more.

I am almost nine months pregnant. I am anemic and have placenta previa. I’m not much help to anyone moving right now; especially my poor husband. I called the day before to confirm that the utility dolly would be available at my time of reservation for u share. I was reassured it would and alas it was not. I spent half an hour on the phone discussing what options I had and was told I would not be charged for it. I was charged. Spent another half hour getting the charge off. Very frustrating not having the dolly in this heat we had today being pregnant and anemic. And the struggle of being charged for something I did not receive that I was assured would be there.

I drove in total 5 mile and while return filled the tank with appropriate fuel and the Fuel indicator was correctly positioned.Still $9 (2 gal) fuel was charged to me which is highly unethical and not acceptable.I have requested for my money back.

The number of miles reported in the final invoice is inaccurate. I have called them 4 times and disputed the number of miles. Every time the call gets forwarded to the main call center. The have told me that they have notified the Redmond location to call me back but nothing has happened since. If the number of miles were off by a couple, I would have just let it go. But the number of miles is off by 35! The initial estimates provided at the rental center was 30, and we might have gone a little over by 2-3 miles from the original estimate. But the bill I have received says 77 miles. Horrible customer service. I still have not received any notification from the Redmond center. Also not to mention, the truck had a horrible smell.

I was charged for a dolly and never received one. No where on your website does it say if I don't put a drop off location that it then has to go back to the pick up location. I then called to see if I could drop it off closer to where we moved and was told no, so I was charged way more than I thought we would be. It also took over 2 weeks for my card to be charged. Will not use U-Haul again for moving.

I drove the uhaul for 12 miles and put in 2 gallons of fuel and left it at exactly the same level as I had taken it. Still got charged for EZ fuel sales $10. Not happy about it. Unfortunately I don't have any the receipt for petrol pump. Truck was ok.

The tires on the truck had little tread for traction. The truck got stuck on wet grass on an incline when it was empty! Spent two hours with trying to find towing to pull me out - including from U-Haul. Useless. Finally had my friend come over to pull me out with his 4WD pickup. The service that I tried originally Allstate Motor Club was no help. They kept asking me questions that I could not answer about the truck - size, length, year - they came beck saying the truck was too large for the towing companies to winch out - I had a 10 footer. Very frustrating not having any of the info on the contract or on the website. I lost about three hours total time dealing with this problem and Roadside Assistance tried by were not successful in helping me,

I was charged for damage insurance that I was not asked about and did not request. Receipt was not given to me upon check out as they said it would be emailed - only then did I find out I got charged for something I didn't want. Still trying to get that fixed 2 weeks later...4th time calling the 800 number that takes 10-15 min to get to a live person. Truck rental went okay but please make sure this doesn't happen to you.

Mobile check-in was slow and asked for more info than the video and instructions set exoctations for (name and number of friend or employer). Gave up on it and went in for help. Employee was very defensive and standiffudh that it was U-Hauls issue and he was independent. Eventually he owned up to customer service on behalf and was very nice and helpful... but certainly played the not my fault card at first
