Truck was locked in lot upon arrival. Place did not open at scheduled time either. Was tossed around a few times until they sent someone to Red Top Self storage. No apology and quite rude once they eventually showed up. Was able to pick my truck up an hour late. Miserable and unprofessional from a UHaul affiliate.

The experience was overall Good. The truck was clean. There was no oil in the engine so I'm guessing the maintenance is a little neglected.

They. Was suppose to charge me $197 for rental and they charged my card $434 and now I won't recieve my money back until 7 to 10 business days

There was a bit of confusion over the keys. Plus I found a key set (not to the truck I was renting) and it was a little difficult to figure out how return them. But the facilities are clean and they do a good job.

The only negative thing about this place was that there was an error in my beginning mileage. I know because I took a picture of the odometer when I left. The beginning mileage that they wrote down was 12 miles short. I saw the error after I left and didn't bother to go back and haggle for something under $10.

I was required to fill the tank back to full before dropping the truck off. The truck was full when I left the local turkey hill. Apparently driving the 3 miles was enough to have them charge me $8 for filing it up. What I suspect is they looked at the gauge and assumed it was not full. That model ford van, the needle will not move any higher despite it just being on the white line. I'd dispute the charges but its $8, which is why I think they do it. its such a little extra charge they get to keep with out really adding any gas, no customers want to fight it. I will never use this location. considering Enterprise again when we buy a house since we will be local.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were up front with pricing and fees. Assisted with truck rental and return on short notice. Great experience with no problems. I would recommend them and use them again myself should the need arise.

Made reservation a week before, but the day of pickup was told that my pickup location had changed. 25mi in the wrong direction! Then had to wait almost a hour for the new location to open! The new pickup place was not clearly marked as a UHaul store. Trailer was fine.

When I returned the truck with the five furniture pads I was given from uhaul (not the original 24 I paid for) I was charged $100. They had zero employees in sight at 12pm on a Tuesday (9-5 hours are inaccurate) so there was no one to talk to in order to complain. I was charged $100 for furniture pads I never received and my furniture has been damaged.

The trailer needs a jack / stand. It was extremely difficult to hook / unhook by just picking up the end of the trailer by myself. Someone could really get hurt doing this, and someone without much strength never would have been able to even hook it up.

This was a total disaster when it came to billing. I have been over charged TWICE, and if the bill is not corrected for the third time, I will contact my attorney. This UHaul states that it is open until 12:00 noon on a Saturday. I called this UHaul and no one was there at 11:57 AM, yesterday Saturday March 4, 2017. The individual told me that she was on her way to York, PA. REALLY???!! That is lousy customer service. I am DEMMANDING MY MONEY BACK!!! Sincerely, Miss Lisa Kayser

Everything went smoothly. Truck was ready for pickup and our household items were removed from one storage unit to another smaller unit at Red Storage with no problems.

This location was great. My only criticism is that it was hard to find. GPS took me to a different location and there was no actual UHaul signage out front. However the woman I worked with was incredible! Very helpful, accomodating, she went out of her way to help me back the beast of a truck in and she unloaded the auto transport on her own. About the signage, she said whenever she puts it up, the wind tears it down. Given the location I can totally understand that and don't blame her one bit. In the end, my return was smooth and easy. Will definitely recommend this location again.

Very friendly staff helped us with arranging a storage unit rental and truck return on short notice. They were very accomodating, up front with pricing & fees, and all paperwork was ready when we arrived.

We dropped our rental truck off on Sunday afternoon and the facility was closed on Sunday, however, it's location, appearance and the ability to park the vehicle and put the keys in the box were excellent. Also would recommend this facility to anyone.

We had two rentals at this facility during one week. Everything went great. The equipment was ready when we got there. Connie in the office was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely rent there again.

Inside of car was dirty. Truck was parked far away from the entrance and customer was expected to go and retrieve the truck having never been in that spot before. Would have been nice to have the truck near the entrance.

There wasn't much direction for what to do when you were dropping off a trailer. I think that this could best be addressed by improved communication between the customer and the final drop off location. There should be some kind of phone call made between the two at some point during the trip.

Always have someone at the office during office hours. Also, the wires were bad on the car dolly, but there was a replacement provided in only a matter of minutes, so it worked out ok.

Vehicle worked well. Only complaint I have is that the seat belt connector for the driver and the middle passenger are at the same place. I mistakenly hooked up to wrong connector. I didn't realized my mistake until I had driven away. To solve the problem I connected and let the center seat belt connected. Hopefully this will help the next customer to not have this problem.

Have the truck that was ordered on website. Ordered transit van got regular van and furniture did not fit. Had to rent a second truck.
