The area in town has poor cell reception and your in processing requires an internet connection. You should offer WiFi or set it up for the office to process driver’s licenses.

Re-think the UHaul app for iPhone. I tried for an hour to create an account within the app to do an after-hours return. I finally gave up and created my account on a laptop. Then the check-in process was ridiculous on the app. Too many steps and questions. Most of all - taking photos of a 26 ft truck at night with a smart phone's tiny flash is just stupid. Even in daylight I doubt the camera has sufficient resolution to show sufficient detail to prove anything.

I stopped in to this branch earlier than move day as I was out in the area to sign paperwork - they were very helpful in answering my concerns about drop off - KUDOS Red Roof Storage 2 !

My truck was rented for 24 hours, due back by 2:45 p.m. I received a phone call from the proprietor at 9:30 a.m. that day asking if I was finished with the truck. I told him I have it until 2:45. Again he asked when I expected to bring it back. I told him I would return it by that afternoon, but did not know exactly when since I had not heard from the person who was to help me.

Was supposed to do the24/7 truck share. Could not pick up the truck because on the day needed because the app didn’t work. After spending 1.5 hours on the phone with uhaul was told this was a known problem with no current fix. This completely messed up my moving plans
