The mobile experience when I checked my rental truck back in was less desirable. Loading pictures and continuing to the section of return process took longer than expected. I had restart several times.

I recieved the truck dirty. The online process wouldnt accept my entries so it took extra time to get my truck. I had a 4 hour rental scheduled and it took 2 hours to get the truck. A $19.95 rental was billed at $65.00 after that! When i disputed the bill i was told i would get a call back within 24 hrs... that was 2 weeks ago and i have yet to hear from anyone. I entered the miles when i got the truck and when i turned it in but both numbers arent available to me for comparison

Inspect the truck prior to releasing it to the customer. I put gas in the truck before I realized the ramp was broken. I had to take it back.

I ordered a dolly to be used during my rental and when getting to the van there was not one located inside. The business was closed and there were no further instructions on who to contact and how to retrieve my dolly. My 65 year old father and I were faced to lift and carry a washer and dryer up flights of stairs due to the mishap on your part. I tried contacting Uhaul and put into the comments I did not receive my paid for item.

Service is extremely weak in areas truck is , so doing and completely online check in was difficult! Also, when started the truck there was a lighting bolt warning error on dash, when finally getting ahold of uhaul roadside, after 30 mins, they mentioned it was the brake and someone needed to come out and service the truck, then placed me on hold and another representative got on the phone and told me I'm fine to keep driving. Also , the miles was reading in kilometers instead of miles.

Truck was clean but not the truck I reserved. I was not not contacted to confirm my reservation as 2 representatives told me. I was not notified that the truck I reserved would not be there, even though I called 1 hour before arriving. The truck was to large and the gears were not shifting properly.

The dolly and the furniture pads were not loaded so even though I had selected mobile app I still had to go in and ask for them to be put in the van. Also, when I started the van the tire light was on and the first thing I had to do was go add pressure to the tire before I could start with my move. All of this added quite a bit of time to the pick-up experience. It was not the quick experience I thought I would have with the mobile app. Having said that, I did rate this as average and not below because the staff was friendly and the equipment was clean. It just was not the quick mobile pick up experience I was expecting.

When we picked up the uhaul it was around 5pm and there was no light to check for damage, the parking lot was pitch black. The lady who helped us was very nice. The older gentleman that was there was very rude. I have never used the app for this and had some questions. All he told me to do was accept everything, told me to take the keys and walked off. I was not able to get my other questions answered. I was completely thrown off and had to figure everything out on my own. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on the customer service I received when I picked up the uhaul, in fact I will probably go with budget or Penske next time. The gentleman who checked us back in a couple of days later was very nice.

The inside of the van doesn't seem to get wiped down in-between uses. The seats had animal hair on them. These would be my only two improvements, other than that this location is great!

When we picked up, the agent told me that we could drop off at any location with no additional fees. (This was completely untrue and we had to drive an hour back out of our way to drop it off.) When we dropped off, the agent couldn't figure out how to print a receipt.

The parking lot to park and store trucks and trailers is to small. No place to maneuver or park when they the uhual parking is tied in with customer parking for the store

I wanted to rent a truck, and entered the location where I wanted to pick it up, instead, U-Haul moved the pickup and drop-off site further away. You need to not send customers to a different location when there is something closer. Nothing wrong with the pickup side, but I drove passed 2 locations to get to this one.

Showed up to a uhaul truck that had cigarette ashes all in sticky floor dirty box truck area. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately I could not cancel reservations due to moving timing but I will never get from this location again.

The key box was hidden, I had to go in the store and ask about picking the truck up and was initially told I would have to wait for the person that did uhaul to arrive. When I told the person in the store that I did not need to talk to someone I just needed to know where their key box was, she walked me to it and told me they kind of hid it but she would take me to it.

Lady in the office was very rude, said they do not assist in hooking up the trailer. Hard for a woman to lift a heavy trailer on her own. She handed me a paper with the trailer number told me to go out back behind building and find the trailer with the number on it and take it. Luckily a uhaul transport driver showed up and helped me lift it up on the truck hitch. He was very kind and professional.

They told me to drop the truck to any U-Haul location close to my drop area. I did, but another location called me of why not dropping the truck to a different location

Well I had no problem with the truck or the location. My problem is. When I ordered the truck. I was asked did I want the insurance. I said NO. I was charged for it anyway. So I was billed for something I didn't need.
