Bike shop at Butler, PA. Nothing! Keep it as it is! Ira Murdock in Butler, PA was especially helpful in getting me to a nearby Kia dealer to get my pigtail fixed on my Kia, so the right turn signal on the trailer would work. I thank him for all his help!! However II went to the bike shop in Butler because it was closer to the Kia dealer when I rented.

RELAMAE CI had reservations for a truck in saxonburg pa 3 miles from my location. U haul told me the couldn't guarantee a truck there. Even though I reserved more then 2 weeks out. Had to drive 35 minutes to find out the new location didn't open until 10am. I haul said 9am. The employee at Rapp said he would help us and got is the truck a little after 9 even though the weren't open. Also drove past another u haul rental place closer to home that had the same size truck. Seems like you are trying to get more mileage out of people
RAYMOND WPick-up/Drop-Off was quick and painless. Vehicle was in great condition. Would rent from again.
DENA GEverything was ready when I got to the rental site, and the return was equally efficient.
JEROE ZI made the reservation several weeks ahead of time and the location nearest to my house did not have the proper truck. Found out the day before that I had to go 30 minutes to this location.

Thomas DI was over charged I pickup the trailer on Friday morning took trailer back on sat was to be charged $59.95 got charged $89.95 guy at pickup place said would refund my money Monday morning I am still waiting I called U-Haul you pretty much to me to pound salt so will never rent from U-Haul again
Mark CI dropped off the truck at the end of the day. I was met by a man leaving the facility. He told me there was nothing he could do for me about the leaking other than to call UHaul. He proceeded to tell me the issues UHaul had nationwide that prevented the company from operating efficiently. The encounter just verified how inefficient and inept UHaul is. I'm clearly on my own and UHaul doesn't care one bit about anything it's clients experience.

ASHLEY MIt was a very full location but the people seemed nice enough. The receipt did have any final prices on it so I actually didn't know what I was getting charged for. I see the final amount but I want to see the 2 day credit and I left the vehicle with a half tank and it said 3/8.

ERIC RIt would have been nice to know beforehand that I needed to put the same level of gas back into the truck that I started with. No where could I find that, and assumed it was part of the rental fee at a dollar a mile.
Michael FThe Uhaul app needs completely revamped. It hasn't been usable for years. The app not working means you have to go into the store every time
Natalie MI rented a 10 foot van at 2 pm on 1/17/2024. After using the van I rented it at 1 pm on 1/18/2024. Pre the agreement for the the rental agreement I returned the van with a quarter tank of gas, which was the same amount I left with. The person working the counter went out to check the van on for check the van in. I noticed he walked around then then moved it out of my sight to park it. When he returned to finalize to transaction he in formed me the van was 1/16 of a tank under fueled and I had to pay the fuel penalty, 40 dollars. I told him it was it was right that I made sure it was over a 1/4 tank. When we walked on to check the fuel gauge in the van it was a total different van then the one I used. I told him it wasn't my van. The numbers match my receipt but it was mine plus also how can you tell "1/16" of a tank of gas…. I was highly disappointed in my service.

reginold wI did all of my set up online so returning the U-Haul was so easy, my name was already in the system and he took the keys! Very easy
Brianna SMy only complaint is that I ordered and paid for blankets. They were not in the truck when I picked it up. It was Sunday and the location was closed. It was very inconvenient and my dresser was scratched because I had no blankets.
ronald jThe man/ only person there was very professional and helpful. He helped everyone with their issues and concerns. Mine was only a dropoff with no issues but while there I observed how he interacted with the other customers. If need be I will rent from them.
David HI was surprised, when I picked the truck up, although on the contract it said that there was a 1/4 tank of gas. It looked to me to be closer to 1/8th of a tank. Therefore I had to start my move by going directly to the gas station. This was an inconvenience for me, I was on a tight schedule.

brian bIt had been a few years since I rented a U-Haul and even longer since I rented at a U-Haul dealer vs a corporate store. Overall I had a good experience. They had the truck as reserved along with my dolly. One thing that was new since last time I rented was being able to return/check in the truck and get a final receipt from my phone with just a few photos which was very convenient! I will definitely consider U-Haul and this location next time I need a truck!
Corey FThe process of registering on the phone and all of the documentation and things you had to do via the APP was crazy. The photos, the verification call or documentation… I can't even imagine someone who is not able to use their cell phone in this way being able to reserve a truck. There were dents on the truck that weren't documented when we arrived to pick it up. The person checking us out, went to look at the returned truck then stood and talked to someone in the parking lot for a while before finally returning to process my receipt. It should be stated somewhere that it is going to take you at least a 1/2 - 3/4 of an hour to pick up the truck because of all of the requirements. It also takes that long to return and process it.

ANNAMARIE MKey to pad lock in back broke off in side. Trapped my stuff in it for 6 hours. So i told customer service id be late and they still charged me.. your equipment is faulty and im penalized? Im poor .. this is a multi-million dollar industry. I think you should dropbtheclate fees!
