The 10-foot truck operated very well. The only problem (and it was not a serious issue) was that the cab and box were somewhat dirty. The floor of the cab hadn't been swept and there were marks from muddy shoes on the floor and side panels. The box hadn't been swept. Before I returned the truck, I swept out the box, and swept the floor of the cab, and wiped everything with a wet cloth. Although overall I was satisfied with this rental experience, and I would certainly rent from U-Haul again. The agent was very friendly and courteous.

Your national reservation service is the WORST office I have EVER worked with in my entire life! I am 67 years old!! I will NEVER use your central office again. They took all my info, repeated it back, than sent me a confirmation that had the pick up time incorrect, money, due double was double the amount quoted! It took me 2 days to correct this because other people in your central office continued to screw it up!! NEVER AGAIN! I wasn’t sure I had a truck until the day before I was ready to use it and my son had asked for days off from work to help me! It worked out, BUT NOT after me fighting like hell to make it work!!! Your National reservation office gets a MINUS 5 STARS!!!

CROOKS!! First off Amy at Rapps is a rude person to deal with and this facility will round up your mileage. She doesn't like you asking questions either .When I got my final bill there was $30 extra billed to me. When I questioned what I got billed I was told I got charged for 30 miles traveled. I questioned Amy and told her that there was no way I traveled 30 miles she showed me her computer print out I disagreed with her print out and said that I only about 20. She became very defensive so I left telling her that I felt ripped off. I drove the same route that I did the day of the rental. I went 20 miles. when I got home Amy called me at home to give me a hard time because I said I felt they ripped me off. I told her that I just drove the same route and it was 20 miles. And I asked about a reimbursement. Amy then accused me of driving more than 30 miles the day of the rental. They are crooks and will round up your mileage. If you use them document the mileage yourself.

The fellow that worked there ,Steve, was friendly, competent, and very helpful ! His professional assistance made it easier to over look the dried up muck and dirty rachet straps on the trailer which made it difficult to use. Otherwise we were very satisfied!

I got charged an extra $50 because I returned the truck an hour later that then the reservation. Mind you the facility was closed so it’s not like that extra hour made a huge difference. I’m very disappointed.

The online pickup and return process is lengthy, at least warn customers that they will need 10-15 minutes to complete them. I expected to open my phone, get a lockbox code and go.

U-Haul needs to monitor the tire condition of the car haulers better. Also, the trailer "brake" system did not function.

The Rap’s location was NOTHING in comparison to other uhaul dealers I’ve been too. They don’t act like they are a bike shop who also rents out uhauls, they act like it’s a uhaul dealer that also sells bikes. Very helpful and ultra professional. I’ll be going to them with any future rentals without a doubt.
