Peter JacobsenI rented a 20 foot uhaul for two days, I explained where I was moving from and to and how long I would need the uhaul. With that being said I should’ve been told ahead of time on how much I would be charged. However 28 days later I get billed for $484.00 because I went over the mileage even though I explained how far I was moving and how long I would need the uhaul. I am very disappointed and I feel as if I had been basically scammed and severely ripped off. I was not clearly told how much more it would cost. Clarity is horrible!!!

Thomas HayesOnly one employee was trained to perform U-Haul rentals. The software/hardware would freeze multiple times while processing the rental. This extended the normal processing time from around 20 minutes to 80 minutes. U-Haul needs to support this location by fixing software/hardware issues and provide training.
