We spent 45 minutes cleaning snow off the truck before we could even leave. Then had to break up ice on the rear to raise the door. Another renter loaned us his scraper. Was told someone would help but they didn't. I have a picture if you would like to see it. I feel some type of refund is in order as this cost us so much time in our move.
Abbey SI was charged a 15 safety fee that I told the guy that I didn’t want or need and he charged me anyways .. also the truck I got had issues … started blowing out smoke and leaking antifreeze luckily I was able to get it back to the destination before it broke down on me … air conditioner went out … When trying to tell the guy at the station about it he said call customer service .. so def not the best service I’ve had …
Rebecca FThis was the only truck they had. They had no trailers. I was charged over $40 extra and was told that was a deposit and I would get it back. I didn't.

MANUEL FThe people didnt know what to do and where surprised that I was dropping the trailer off at their location, even though U-Haul used this location as a preferred drop-off. I completed the drop off nifo, but never received a drop -off confirmation to my email.
