The office was small with nowhere for customers to sit or stand. There was only one CSR working on a Saturday morning. The CSR was working with one person and there were two persons ahead of us and two person arrived after for a total of 6 customers. Computer system was slow he was using his smart phone to check us out and I still have not received a receipt. I understand his being hurried but he could have been a little friendlier towards his customers.LUANA J.

The equipment I rent from this location is always in great shape and clean...however, the app NEVER works properly and I always end up having to do a face to face check in or return. Totally not Randolph Storage's fault... the app needs some work.Debbie P.

For some reason it says 19.95 rental...I did an in town move...I did 69 miles and was still charged by the mile..I had to 135.00 plus I put 20.00 in gas...it used to be way under 100.00 for the same in town situation...was it the location or over all U-Haul....please inform me..if it's location I may use U-Haul againKrista K.

The truck was dirty and full of animal hair and dirt. NASTY. The manager was unprofessional as he talked loud and aggressive and argumentive. Would not stop yelling at us as if he had a bad night. We cane back to look for a pair of glasses. He was not helpful at all. He was helpful and smiling to the WHITE couples. What can uhaul do better? U-Haul agent was a real sweetheart. Very Pleasant and personable. The check in and check out process was exceptionally easy. The equipment however was a disaster. We rented a 2020 Chevy Silverado pick-up truck for a one day use. The truck was trashed. Every inch of the truck had body damage with the pasanger side having major colision damage. This truck really shoud be pulled from service. Mechanically though the truck did run perfectly. The interior of the truck was filthy.Dwight M.

Safety chains on the trailer did not connect to Ridgeline "eyes" on the receiver. The hooks were too narrow to fit over the eyes on the Honda. I had to find and purchase hooks that could accommodate the eyes on the HondaNELSON G.

The rental process and business was great and easy. However the truck smelled of serious stale and mildew. I had a very rough upbringing so I can withstand horrible conditions However the smell was unbearable. I had to purchase ac air fresheners and Lysol.Michael N.

Dont get the insurance. It is a complete scam. They charge $30 for $5000 worth of coverage on a $2000 piece of equipment & it covers nothing of yours. Dolly almost completely ripped off front bumper of my daughters car & they told me the insurance wasn't for my vehicle it was for their car dolly. I would like to be contacted about this drop off. I did everything thru my phone and the guy that worked there had me showing up with something different and he didn't want me to leave the premise even though I had checked everything out thru my phone and put the keys in the drop box as requested. He had no idea what was going on and wouldn't really talk to me just kept looking at his phone trying to figure out what was going on. He was not inviting at all. Very poor experienceJerry C.

This facility practices social distancing and & requires masks.A customer (?) refused to wear a mask & said he was not getting vaccinated when asked by a client.. Even though I personally felt that the man was obnoxiously ignoring the safety of others, the employee politely and firmly had him wait outside. As customers, we felt that this company went above and beyond in trying to keep their customers safe! What can you do to improve for the next customer? Keep up the good work and do not apologize or back down in your efforts on behalf of your customers. There are lots of u-haul type places, and it's possible that they do not require masks. Go to this U-Haul location and stay safe! And thank you, U-Haul employees, for your continuing efforts to stop the spread! ( Note to un-vaccinated man who refused to wear a mask OR practice social distancing: please just stay home!)KARLA M.
