do not call this "location". Am i rating the physical "location" or the over-all service? it is a bit confusing. Service was great. Location a bit "tucked in" difficult to see...especially if there are no U-haul trucks there.

Well I made our reservation online I already had insurance to cover . When I picked it up he went online an redid my order. He put everything down as coverage and it cost me 100 dollars more . I didn't need it or want it but needed the truck to move

Nothing really. It's just located in a really old, run down building. However, the people there are all nice and helped me connect and disconnect the trailer and just generally prompt and helpful.

the guy told me I was all set and I didn't receive a receipt because of the original issues with not having a valid contract. he never told me I had to complete my return. o. the uhaul website to get a final receipt.

I was told nothing about the vehicle from the agent. I was given the keys and hand truck and have a safe trip. He didn't walk around the vehicle and point out any areas that already had been damaged. He didn't tell me if the truck had been recently sanitized.

.99 cents a mile is ridiculous, The man at my location was so sweet and very helpful but the cost of just driving it 61 miles was 60 dollars.

The man tried to tell me I owed for gas before he even looked at my paperwork and them yelled "I don't care what paper you have" when I tried to explain to him the pick up location had issued me a credit to return the truck at 1/4 of a tank. He was rude as hell.

The U Haul computer system is a mess. My data had to be entered 4 times before it was accepted plus the rental location had to call U Haul twice for computer help!! I had another U Haul rental earlier this summer at another location and had computer problems there too!!! Fix your system!

We were suppose to pickup the truck Sat. morning--but received a call that said the location would not be open Sat morning and if we wanted the truck--we had to pick it up by 5pm Friday evening. This meant that we had to pay for time which we could not use the truck. All we paid for was for the truck to sit from 5pm Friday until 10am Saturday until we could start our move. I found this to be unacceptable and very poor management on U-Hauls side.

First i was called two days before my scheduled pick up to be informed they did not have my truck auto my desired location and i would need to drive 30 min away to pick up my truck. I was given extra miles for inconvenience. The building smelled horrible of mildew and the computer kept crashing when i was trying to pick up. Pick up took 45 min. The older guy cussed at me when i was attempting to find a rental truck last min due to their computer issues. The cab of the truck was dirty and had cigarette bus in the ash tray. And when i got home, my brother who is a manager at a reputable tire store advised me the rear tire was completely bald and he would not let this truck leave his shop with these tires on it. And i had to drive 260 miles on it. I will not utilize u haul services again.

Contact me immediately. I just received a bill that was over $600 more than it should've been because of some inexplicable mileage calculation. Needless to say, there's no way I'm paying this. And this was after UHaul completely screwed up my reservation. I was forced to go to this location at the last minute because my truck wasn't where it was supposed to be in Indiana. This has been the worst service I've ever received on anything.

We dropped the truck off and used drop box so we didn't see or talk to anyone however we have used them in the past and we're very satisfied. I also appreciated when I called to ask about drop off prior to placing our order online and they offered to do it for us. The only reason I declined was I was waiting for confirmation on specific dates yet on rental

Had a very bad experience. WilL NEVER RETURN TO RENT AT THAT LOCATION ! Returned truck after fueling it with what appeared to me to read 9/16 of a tank. Representative ARGUED with me. Also nitpicked about the rear of truck that it wasn't swept good enough and made me re-sweep it several times. Made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. WILL NEVER RETURN. DAVID BILD 269 686 6067.

found 5x8 trailer on line. could not get 5x8 trailer that i needed because u haul does not have anymore . seems like if not supplied anymore that you would delete from web sight .5x9 was used but over priced.

I have used other locations in the past, but am so satisfied with the service here, that I will come to this location first for my rental needs. You should send new people to Dave for him to train. He can show them what to do, and how to be a customer friendly person.

The store smelled of mold and mildew. The store owner yelled at me when I questioned the price differential between $19.95/day and the contract price of over $89.00. When I made the reservation he told me that the mileage cost was $.99/mile but didn't point out that a 50 mile charge was automatic until the truck was returned. To me this policy states that you assume I will rip you off!!! It was not a pleasant experience. I won't be using your company again.

i have rented uhaul trailrs several times for 2 days and is always 63 dollars we rerurn the trailer and get the bill and it is 80 dollars. i always decline extra servics and insurance and there was both on my bill
