Agent on cell phone entire time during my return. He then just walked away and never gave me receipt for return. Ticket was still open next day. Had to call haul twice to try and get ticket closed. Uhaul had to call store twice to close out reservation. What a nightmare and don't appreciate being held responsible for something I returned already. Terrible store and would never go there again.

STEVEN WThey charged for mileage. Lied on their email about the gas amount it was almost on Empty stated it was a half a tank. Put a hold on over 350.00 of my money. I only used the truck from 7am to 7pm same day and they charged 150.00 for a 17foot truck ..just gave Uhake a vas name

Timothy CI paid for and was finally charged for dolly's and equipment that the location forgot to give me. I called, they told me they would credit me and they did not. I was overcharged by about $60 for my rental and it was not handled well by the company.

Ann AI'm still waiting on a call back in regards to the disgusting truck that I picked up. Someone had urinated in the back of the truck after it was left open and unlocked. There was a small liquor bottle, a lighter, dial used soap and a jump rope left in the van. I called the store after picking yup the truck only to be told to call back the next day. I called uhaul twice and requested a call back. I listened to the rep tell me that a field manager would call me back asap and I'm still waiting on a call back. I also have pics.

Jonathan GI attempted to rent by way of U-Hauls mobile rental, this requires the use of a smart phone, however was on site the web page would not load due to a DNS error. At first I thought the problem was my phone, but nope, I was able to go to other web sites, just not UHaul.com. Truck cab looked like it had never been cleaned and smelled of urine. There was a deodorizer in the cab but it had seen batter days 20 years ago. windshield needed cleaning in order to actually see out of it however while these was fluid the one wiper rubber was shredded and I watched as two long rubber pieces chased the wiper are up & down, never touching the windshield. returning the truck using the mobile app continued to have the same DNS errors. Never was able to get to the UHaul.com site due to the same DNS errors But I was able to move the things I needed to move, so I had that going for me.

David WThe cargo van I rented was dirty and only had 1/2 a tank of gas at pick up. The clerk acted like he was irritated at being there. My quote was for $30 but my credit card was billed for over $120.00. 100% will not rent here again and will look elsewhere other than UHaul for future rentals

Ralph MA hold was put on my card and then my card was not charged for the transaction until nearly a month later. This is not acceptable. The charges should've gone through at the time of use.
Charles RThe truck didn’t have any gas as I was driving I realize the tank is empty when I stop the truck to my location I realize the gas tank opening was wide-open. I have to put $100 gas. It was told to me on the contract it was a quarter full of gas this was incorrect and not safe
Felix GOverall good rental experience. Great customer service. The only minor inconvenience was not being able to complete mobile pickup. Store location had to input all info manually which as a convenient store, held up their customers.

David DWhile the transport trailer looked in good shape, the left side strap had a bad tendency to slide to the outside regardless of how much pressure was applied. Twice this meant that the strap came off within approx 200 miles. I ended up adding my own toe down for additional safety.
Tom CDon't ask for personal information over speaker phone inside of a store where everyone can hear. Don't be rude if a customer is not comfortable sharing personal information in a public place. Come talk to a customer in person. Also, the width of the ramp for a trailer should also be listed, especially if it's not as wide as the full trailer is listed to be. This was a limiting factor to our ability to use the trailer and cost us precious hours to work around under a deadline.
Iwo IWe returned the truck cleaner than we got it and truck would not idle.
Kasandra TI took a photo of the gas bushes when I picked up the vehicle and after re- fueling the truck at drop off. I returned it with the exact correct amount yet I still was charged an additional $22 for fuel.
Robert BMake sure your rental locations are following the rules, and their computers work. First location I had a reservation at, got there and they told me their computer was down so they couldn't rent me the unit, I got the feeling that they were not being truthful to me. Called corporate U-Haul and they redirected me too another location down the street and moved my reservation there. Arrived there, and had to wait because they had promised the unit I gather to someone else later in the day without a reservation. After standing around while he chatted with someone on the phone, he told me he had to beg someone to wait till I returned the trailer for them to pick it up.

Dayne MThe truck had a bad transmission and should never have been rented out to anyone as it wouldn't shift into a higher gear. The truck was basically almost empty of gas, so I was forced to get gas at the more expensive Chevron station since it wouldn't make it to any other station.
