The service itself was fine, the person who helped me through the paperwork and things was creepy. He was hitting on me and got my number from uhaul. He texted me asking me out and I just feel that inappropriate and gross. I will NOT go to the rainbow furniture location in Fort Wayne IN, again.Eden D.

Location -Check equipment a little more thoroughly. There was a part to somebody's vacuum cleaner left in it. UHaul corp- You need to troubleshoot the UHaul app as it wouldn't let me complete the return process.Barry L.

The employees at the Covington u-haul site were extremely helpful. We were having a problem because our original drop off place was up in Avilla and that was way too far so these people at this uhaul went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help us drop it off somewhere near our home.Edward K.

Your online return is horrible. I went online with my phone and it wouldn't read my location. Online help chat suggested that I download the app. I did this and it read my location but didn't list Rainbow Furniture as a location to return. 30 minutes in a parking lot at night trying to do this. This was the worst part of the whole experience.John S.

Have a pickup truck at this location, fix the truck that has a broken hitch for this location. These adjustments would benefit this location. Staff was great and helpful. I needed to change what I rented to a 10' truck and a utility trailer due to the ramp being too narrow on the truck. They were able to accommodate my needs.Rachael S.

The truck had 150k miles on it and serious steering issues. From the passenger seat you could see the road when the door was closed. I would consider the quality of the vehicle a public health hazard.Brian M.
The only thing I can think of is with the mobile check-in. It took about 8 times to be able to capture a picture of the digital odometer reading. It was only capturing part of it. I don't know how to make that better, but that took several minutes.Peter P.

Equipment was ready and in good working order, just had not been swept out and one of the rear wheels had obviously been deep in mud as wheel and rim were covered and built up on under body and mud flap. I had to take my son along to help with the phone process. The U-Haul website bragged about how easy the process was to access the truck, but there is a certain segment of the population for which this is not an easy process. (Thnk of the Progressive commercials about homeowners turning into their parents.) Once we finished that process, the little box that contained the key was also difficult to use. We both struggled with turning the little lever to open it. However, returning it was very easy because the store was open, and the employees very helpful.Ronald C.

Mobile check in didn't work because app refused to recognize my driver's license. Ended up doing it with on site agents instead which was great because they figured out that the U-Haul rep who had called me the day before had changed my booking to a more expensive option.
