The owner of the store Brooks was very personable and helpful. He was quick with getting me in and out in under 10 mins and when I had to make a change in truck size from the 10ft to 15ft last minute he made the process so seamless and was very understanding! I would definetely recommend this location to others just from the customer service and upbeat personality alone! Keep up the great work and prayers for continued success, you are an amazing example of how customer service should truly be when servicing patrons!

I can’t remember his name but he’s a great guy I’ve seen him around for years at rainbow food store and he’s always been helpful finding anything I need but with the u-haul it was another story, he gave me the full run down on the truck I was using, the equipment I asked for and needless to say when I pack all my stuff up again I’ll be going back to him

The owner of this location is amazing. I only go to this location when I need a U-Haul-there’s others that’s closer to me but the owner here is such an incredible person.

The Uhaul helper was pleasant. I had to speak to someone on the store's phone to clear up my reservation done online, but I was taken care of nonetheless.

I was unable to check in the system. I was unable to return the truck in the system due to being kicked back to start page after trying to upload pictures. The truck that i used had transmission issues. When i called the 1 800 number to check in, it was an hour wait.

I don't quite know how to speak to my experience within a public review...Well, I know How I was treated by the OWNER for my situation being a widow senior woman with mobility issues. My words to express for what the owner did for going out his way to ensure I was SAFE and getting me where I needed to be. Blood only Makes you related, however you know what it feels like to be FAMILY!

Brook from the store was the man in and out service same day rental and had a good variety compared to the actual U-Haul dealers 10 out of 10 service the trucks were immaculate

Will definitely recommend this location. Friendly, fast service in and out! Clean well-taken care of u-haul vehicles with working A/C!!! Having to move stuff may be stressful…but at least the overall u-haul rental process was easy, convenient and stress free. Thanks to the u-haul manager 😊

I considered going to a place closer to home, but I had a bad experience with them and decided not to return. I decided to give Rainbow Food Store a try. They were personable and professional. I explain how I felt that the previous place overcharged me. The ownere made sure we were clear about my estimated cost and final cost. Pickup was scheduled for 9am. When we arrived at 9, the individual in charge of the U-haul could not be contacted by phone. We sat there until 9:45 while the people inside the store tried to contact them and we contacted U-haul for support. Finally at 9:45 they were able to contact the person and we got access to the truck. This was a huge inconvenience to our moving day and set us back.

Extremely hard to return a truck here. The attendants there were no help and the app gave us an extremely hard time when trying to return. We spent an hour just waiting for the app to load the photos, only to reject over half of them several times.

Rainbow overcharged me by 9 miles. I’m waiting for Victor to call me so he can give me my refund. That’s the only problem that I have being overcharged by my mileage. It did not add up. Thank you.
