I pre paid/registered on line prior to picking up. I had to wait for over 45 minutes to be waited on. Before I could leave the office I was charged an additional $33.00 and the attendant could not tell me why Afterward I checked my bank statement and I was then charged an additional $155.00 after I paid everything in FULL via your website. NOT HAPPY!!!!!.

No ability to print out contract. Had to call to verify when it was due to be returned. If they're not gonna print out the contract, have a form they can just fill in drop off locations address and date and time for return. You may not remember those details 5 days later.

Again, I am not confident that they noted the extra pads and the second contract even though I explained the situation. I received an email about the return of the truck and the original 12 pads. I did not receive an email about the return of the second set of pads.

Great customer service! We were going back to SC, the employee was very helpful with the equipment. This was my first time using a car dolly so the employee went above & beyond to make sure everything was safe before we left. He didn't know that inside my car was my mother, my daughter & my 5 year old granddaughter. Four generations! So yes, I highly recommend this Uhaul location!

He changed my drop off from Appomattox to Madison Heights which was an extra 45 minutes one way did not tell us did it on a tablet we could not see any of the paperwork I'm very disappointed in this I will not recommend you or anybody this is the second time also I reserved it in Gretna pick up I got a phone call today before pick up telling me Gretna did not have any I had to go all the way to Chatham

I rented the truck and allowed four days. I only had it two. I'm sure that I will not get any of my money back!!

There were several errors with my order that had to be corrected from the beginning. My mileage was wrong. My gas meter was written in incorrectly. They, in the end got my cash back to me after coming back the next day since the computer and the person handling all was unavailable. Also, this location only has 1 size U-Haul to chose from- the biggest one.

The man working at this location who set up my rental told me he DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HOOK UP THE TRAILER and that I would have to do it by myself. When I told him I couldn't lift the tongue by myself, he said he would send out "the girl." A young girl came out (who was very friendly and helpful). She and I together could barely get the trailer hooked up to my vehicle. She did not know it needed to be tightened down after it was put on the ball on my hitch. I tightened it down and hooked up the lights myself. If I had not rented before and known to do those things, I would have driven off without the trailer properly hooked up. Extremely poor customer service. I will not go back there or recommend it to anyone. The man was so rude that I probably wouldn't even purchase gas there again.

The moving vehicle was well maintained, but hadn't yet been adequately cleaned out when picked up.

The UHaul reservation process was a nightmare. My 1st pickup reservation was changed from that day at a location close by to the next day over an hour away with somply a text message. I called to get it changed again to this location which was some closer. I get there and they do not have my reservation and can not create one. We spent over an hour on the phone again with UHaul to get another reservation created before I could pick up the trailer.

your corporate telephone Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. All combined I spend 1 hour 45 minutes on hold and NEVER had my call answered. Whoever is in charge of that department should be relieved of duty. A horrible experience!

Was charged for 26 miles that the truck was used but was supposed to had gotten 38

The UHaul was not cleaned out, the dolly and furniture pads I ordered were not in the back of the truck, so I had to return to get them on a separate trip. They tried to charge me for a dolly I already paid for and only gave me the dolly once I showed them the original email. They acted like they didnt have any record of payment. Once everything was all said and done and I received the final invoice did I notice they charged me for 30 miles I did NOT DRIVE. I am still waiting for the refund despite contacting Uhaul directly. This was a same town move within Chatham. Do not use these guys. You are better off going with the one in Danville or the one in Gretna, or better yet do not use Uhaul at all and look for alternatives. I hope this review hopes someone avoid the situation I am going through.

My location was changed and I was never notified and the trailer was on the ground and difficult to hook up. Anyone with back issues or elderly would not be able to hook this up. Jacks need to be installed to aid this. The price also went up $20 from what I was told due to insurance. I don't like surprises and being taken advantage of this was the worst experience imaginable!!!

All equipment was parked in grass with mud and stuck. I was asked repeatedly to help with tasks such as getting the truck out of the mud, putting cardboard under tires to help in process, drag the car dolly behind the truck and attach it myself. The worker also did not complete my contract correctly and gave me the wrong truck but keys for two.

My husband and I had to drive an hour away from our location to pick up our uhaul. On top of that we were promised compensation for gas and an extra 90 miles for our inconvenience. Not only were we not compensated, but charged extra for going over our mileage. Not happy at all.

And also online we were overcharged for an extra day when we dropped it off a day before we were suppose to for44.00 The gas amount we were overcharged for on ticket that I got gas only once was 31.30 .the gas I got was 4.01 only . The ticket that printed out had two different transactions on it .

Our rental was guaranteed to be ready at 10:30 am. The clerk was not able to complete our rental till close to 11:30. He didn't know how to check our our rental or what truck to give us. This delay of an hour caused up great difficulty in our planned rental. I am requesting a refund in accordance to your guarantee of 10:30.
