Very small location that was harder to locate b/c of being off the main roads. Had to make a second pass at dropping the truck and car dolly off because of very little room and was told by an employee/manager that I could not unload a vehicle on their lot. I unloaded the car on the street and then pulled into the lot and handed in the keys at their office. Was told that they'd look it over to check for damage and cleanliness later on since they were busy with an incident that had occured on the lot just prior to my arrival. I would suggest either less equipment or more lot space for this location.Kelly Y.
Well we dropped off they were closed again I couldn't get the order on my U-Haul app so we just left key and left before I could go back at there open time the truck was returned by them and I was charged 53 dollars for 3 gallons of fuel which I shouldn't have been because we left it exactly at the mark as when we picked it up and we can not get ahold of the place to find out why...Robert S.

I have used equipment from the Lancaster Street Big Spring TX location on several occasions. The service has always been wonderful. The owners are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing UHAUL equipment in this area.Molly M.
Salesperson was rude and seemed bothered to help me disconnect from the trailer. This was the second time I have dropped off a trailer here. The first time, there was nobody there to help at all. Strongly do not recommend.Tommy S.
The gentleman did check the truck, I had to ask him to check if I needed to pay extra for mileage, asked us what the mileage was, after I asked him to figure it out he did.Francisco V.

For long halls trucks needs bigger cabs maybe a crew cab for better leg room other than leg room the truck are easy to drive but hard on the legs for long hallsRichard H.

I had a 26' truck the location was very cramped and parking this size vehicle was a challenge at best. U-Haul needs to make sure the receiving facilities can accommodate the the items rented without charging to take it to a more accessible location.Stanley K.

This place was very hard to get the large truck into! Also I was told an email would be sent the day we returned the truck in! We returned it on Sunday, a day early! I had to call on Monday to get my email receipt! Plus I was charged 32 cents for going over the mileage!! Not happy with this place!CONNIE K.

No help taking the trailer off the car. Called the cops and reported my trailer stolen when in reality they had actually signed my trailer in too early and thought it had been stolen so I had the nice greeting of a police officer when I arrived to return my trailer.JAMES B.
The man working was very rude. I am a single woman and I didn't have anyone there to help me connect the trailer to the vehicle. He made it very clear that I was causing him great difficulty and at first refused to help. Then finally I asked him again and he very rudely did help.APRIL L.
This guy was shady and did not help at all. Didn't even come check out anything. Never left his office chair. My reservation was for 3 days @ $130.00 he changed it to 1 day @ $152.90. He did not make me aware of this. Uhaul calls me the next day saying I am late dropping off. Also a gentleman that was there before us was also loading is rental trailer by his self. I am a regular customer with uhaul and I have never had this crappie service.Tracie C.
Joey's customer service was superior. I requested some extra equipment I had forgotten and he added to my list to be picked up. He had everything ready for me to be on my way with my move successfully. Thank you for your servicenancy G.

Although the staff were nice, it made no sense that when trying to purchase moving items (i.e. boxes and tape) they didn't have their credit card reader on hand and then no petty cash to return change for. Then upon receiving our U-Haul, when inspecting it, they "couldn't" access the opening, therefore we could not inspect inside. So once we got home, we got a surprise of a filthy U-Haul, full of styrofoam and dirt and debris. And no equipment to rent and utilize. So we had to go back to the U-haul place to retrieve a dolly. The whole experience was just very annoying and reminds me why I'm so grateful to have left Big Spring, TX.Vanessa C.

we went to go rent a truck and trailer to go buy some dressers and we checked everything before leaving and we made it not even a mile. and everything on the trailer was hooked up right nothing was wrong with it . after making it two streets away the trailer pops off and hits the tail gate we called the lady who works up there who you know what supposed to have it all ready for when we got there. she didn't have that done , she said she was sick with covid and had to do it all from home, and 3 we bought it the insurance on it incase anything was to happen and then this happens we pulled over and look at the damage and the threads on the bolt to make it grip the ball hitch was striped form previous users. so we called and let this lady know what happened and she says it's your fault your paying for the damages. and we asked her do you check your equipment and she said that's why we have you talk a picture of the hook up but in the hook up you can't see the threads she said she doesn't check them and then she comes up to the office when we are dropping off the truck and she says she does check them and she checked them this morning right after she just told us she didn't check it and on top of all that she is supposed to read the contract to you so we got charged for 72$ for driving 2 miles and on top of that we are going to be charged 150$ and what ever else they please to talk from my account bc of my card they put on file. for something that wasn't even our faultTimothy G.
