The process was very easy and I appreciated the check out procedure via my phone so I could confirm this was the truck I had rented, that it was all acceptable before I left the lot. Will surely be using Ragz to Riches in Big Spring, Texas again.

Bad attitude from the manager some person was smoking weed in the parking lot the manager acted like I was going to steel what she called her Truck and was threatened that she would come and hunt me down if I didn't return her again so called truck uhaul should really do some investigating at this location don't go to this uhaul I've been a loyal customer for years but I think I'll just rent from budget or somewhere else from now on

The lady was rude and tried to charge a late fee when she was late to work, we had to call to get our late fee returned. We dropped truck off an hour before return time as well and she still charge the late fee. Very rude and she could see in cameras exactly what time the truck was returned! Not our fault she was late to work! This drop off point was Big Spring, Tx location!

Although the office was closed when I arrived, an worker was still on the lot. He helped get the trailer discoed and stored in the correct spot. When I called the office later to confirm the drop-off, the manager was already aware that the trailer was on the lot and all was good.

Not lie about when a customer returned the equipment claiming you have cameras but still lying about the situation and charging for two extra days when the equipment had been returned.

Location couldn't print contract, so emailed it. Didn't inform me to log on my cell phone when dropping off after hours, so charged an additional after hours fee. Trailer was full of white powder. Had to clean myself. I'M DONE WITH UHAUL. Too many bad experiences.

Inside of the vehicle was dirty with trash and had to be cleaned before use. Vehicle felt unsafe on the highway going 65 mph, slowed down to <55 mph. Was changed “After Hours Service Fee of $20”, called several times to discuss and never got a call back. I did not have any after hours services and should not be charged $20.

This is where I learned the extra day I thought I needed but didn’t use was non refundable. I asked why and was told that’s just the way it is. I received a paid receipt but not itemized so I could see exact charges. When I asked for a printout, I was told that was my only receipt showing charges more than I was quoted in the beginning. NO MORE UHAUL BUSINESS FOR ME!!

Absolutely ridiculous how rude dirty and unprofessional this lady was!!! She refused to let me get the towing trailer because I didn’t want her dirty smoked in truck. She made me wait for two hours snd then tried to make me take the trailer that just came in snd was still hooked up to a truck when there was two other ones available. I ended up taking one of them myself.

Terrible experience. First location was closed from 12 to 130 for lunch so I was unable to get my truck till 2 o’clock the inside of the truck was extremely filthy the window had been left down from the previous renter and there had been a storm therefore it was full of dirt and water not only that there was animal hair all over the vehicle that ultimately lead to getting sick due to being allergic to cats and dogs . . Awful drive home had to leave windows down the Oder was terrible and unbearable, when the lady was told about the condition of the truck she wiped down the driver side seat . Awful experience here with uhaul

Availability of vehicles in the area wasn’t great, this is no way the fault of pickup point I used. Just a fact, and drop off point mentioned he was always getting bigger trucks in his lot.

The reversal was extended one day because the trailer wasn’t available when booked. They charged an extra day. Didn’t even look at the trailer when dropped off. Just said thanks abs that’s it. Then I get charged extra money after I get home. No explanation, no heads up, no clarification.

The lady wasn’t even there had to wait for her to get there she was rude most definitely not helpful at al. Needed help u hooking the trailer she was no help had to flag a person Down from the road to help me. So NO I would not recommend them at all !!!!!!

Man was late getting to work, acted like we were a bother to him, truck barely made it to a gas station, truck was dirty with beer caps and trash in it, cargo area smelt of marijuana.

This place is terrible. It took 4 trips to the location just to rent the truck. There was no one there at 11 am in the morning. I was told I could pick up truck at 8:30 am and no one showed up until almost 10 am. I was not told it was a flat rate for a one way rental. Would have been nice to know since I returned truck a day early and should have got some sort of refund. Glad I don't have to go back there.

Very small location that was harder to locate b/c of being off the main roads. Had to make a second pass at dropping the truck and car dolly off because of very little room and was told by an employee/manager that I could not unload a vehicle on their lot. I unloaded the car on the street and then pulled into the lot and handed in the keys at their office. Was told that they'd look it over to check for damage and cleanliness later on since they were busy with an incident that had occured on the lot just prior to my arrival. I would suggest either less equipment or more lot space for this location.

Well we dropped off they were closed again I couldn't get the order on my U-Haul app so we just left key and left before I could go back at there open time the truck was returned by them and I was charged 53 dollars for 3 gallons of fuel which I shouldn't have been because we left it exactly at the mark as when we picked it up and we can not get ahold of the place to find out why...

I have used equipment from the Lancaster Street Big Spring TX location on several occasions. The service has always been wonderful. The owners are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing UHAUL equipment in this area.

Salesperson was rude and seemed bothered to help me disconnect from the trailer. This was the second time I have dropped off a trailer here. The first time, there was nobody there to help at all. Strongly do not recommend.

The gentleman did check the truck, I had to ask him to check if I needed to pay extra for mileage, asked us what the mileage was, after I asked him to figure it out he did.

Only issue I had is the yard is small and harder for large pickups to get in and out but other than that the young lady that helped me was very friendly and polite!

The location was very trap house looking, they didn’t help me back up my equipment. It looked like a old used car lot with several old cars still there.

For long halls trucks needs bigger cabs maybe a crew cab for better leg room other than leg room the truck are easy to drive but hard on the legs for long halls

Trailer was parked on a decline and I smashed my hand between the hitch and my bumper. I had to go to the hospital and get stitches.

I had a 26' truck the location was very cramped and parking this size vehicle was a challenge at best. U-Haul needs to make sure the receiving facilities can accommodate the the items rented without charging to take it to a more accessible location.

This place was very hard to get the large truck into! Also I was told an email would be sent the day we returned the truck in! We returned it on Sunday, a day early! I had to call on Monday to get my email receipt! Plus I was charged 32 cents for going over the mileage!! Not happy with this place!
