The truck had some issues (finicky door, some concerning engine sounds) BUT the folks at this location couldn't have been kinder or more understanding. They were very clear about every detail and even let me park my car there when I ended up in a pinch. Highly recommend!Anneliese M.

The problem was when I went to pick up in Windham and the store manager told me the trailer wasn't going to be returned. He didn't bother to call me before I made the 90 minute round trip. I called U haul and they found a cancellation 3 hours round trip away from Windham. After spending half a day running around because of U Haul mistakes, I was charged almost triple for doing a one way rental, when I originally wanted to reserve from Auburn to Auburn. Which is $65, I have rented the same trailer twice a year for years. When I contacted customer service the U Haul Customer Service Specialist said it's all my fault, because â€œI don't know how to make reservations with U Haulâ€ . If this issue is not adjusted, I will not return to U Haul again. I have been a problem free return customer for years but, this was a terrible experience and, needs to be adjusted.David P.

Truck was clean and in excellent condition. At one point a kid stepped into the road in front of me and the truck stopped on a dime. The staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10, would recommend.Andrew B.

Again, because the app was unavailable to me while I was moving my daughter into her apartment, I was unable to get the drop off details. I was upset that I was billed for going over your "estimated" mileage. I went from Avon, Mass to Winthrop, Maine and was allotted a minimal amount of mileage. That part of Maine is extremely rural and one wrong turn can cost you many miles. UHaul didn't take into account that I had items stored in a different location that I had to drive to. If you're going to hold someone's feet to the fire, you need to be very specific when someone is booking the unit on line that you will be responsible for these circumstances. I would be reluctant to use your services for future out of state moving.EDWARD G.

Brought truck back to a Farm Supply Co, that sidelines in the UHaul business. There was only the main driveway to park the 26' truck in, with no parking directions visible. It was after hours so went on line to check in. The UHaul web site would not recognize our location, neither my Iphone, nor my wife's Iphone. Therefore, we could not proceed with check in. Had to return to the drop off location the following morning to check in vehicle. Not convenient! The owner of the Farm Supply/UHaul was great, friendly and also expressed recent trouble with UHaul website.JONATHAN G.

After we made our reservation, we got a call that we were going to have to drive 20 miles out to a different location to pick up the truck because they didn't have anyone to drive the truck to the location we scheduled. That's a 40 mile round trip. We were told we would not get a discount for gas even though this is not our fault. When we arrived to pick up the truck, the top had a thick layer of icy snow. It's against the law in Maine to drive like this. We were told we would have to drive to Augusta to pick up a different truck that didn't have snow on top but again, we would not get any discount to counteract the fuel we would use. We refused to do this and were told if anything happens it's on us.Steven H.

The online site kept loading saying waiting for approval, so we sat and waiting for 30 minutes. We ended up calling and waiting another 15, to be told it must have timed out and to log out and log back in. Once we logged back in it worked and we were able to get the code for the key. Other than that it was good, but it was a very frustrating process just to get it.Zachary B.

It was closed on Sunday, but we tried to go online to "check in" as requested on the paperwork, but it was unsuccessful. An error occurred on the website twice. I emailed you folks with a screenshot of the error message for your review. We dropped off the trailer early afternoon.Sharon P.

The UHaul computer system was incredibly slow and they ultimately had to call Uhaul. The site personnel were very helpful and apologetic about the IT issue. U-Haul needs to fix their system, it caused what should have been a five minute checkout to become a 45 minute delay with a paid moving crew waiting for us.Molleson P.

One of the four tires on the 6x12 enclosed was about bald. Not RT Farms fault at all just an observation for UHaul corporate. RT Farms was awesome to deal with, super accommodating and I'd recommend them to anyone.Brian T.
At the time of my rental pick-up I elected not to rent a dolly. I was told that I would be refunded $30 for the item. I was charged $60 at my drop off location as I didn't have said dolly. This is unacceptable as how could I possible turn-in an item I didn't rent. Please review my rental and refunded the $60.Mark F.
