Drop off location was on opposite side of building from where the QR code was. I still have not gotten confirmation of drop off or anything else showing finalization of the rental.

No one was at the site. Had to call to get someone in order to get the truck. Poor communication. Wasted time.

ALYSSA AI dropped off the trailer on Sunday 03/19/2023 and called the number on the reciet 701 839 6665 wich was not helpfull at all. And on Wednesday 03/22/2023 uhaul informs me they have not received my trailer. I wont be using that location again

Brian CI asked if I could drop the truck off after hours. The gentleman said yes, just drop the key in the drop box. I was not aware I needed to complete a drop off on my phone which resulted in a later drop off than what actually occurred. This resulted in an extra day charge which I am trying to get taken off the invoice.
Kurt GR & J went way out of their way to help me with my rental. I will definitely use them again. They are very willing to help the customer in meeting their needs. Thanks R & J you guys are awsome.
Bob Ginformation about rental equipment changes from dealer to dealer, one says one thing, main office another....all dealers should have the same info to quote to customer.

Marla ZMy experience with this rental was awful. I rented a truck twice as far from me because the one nearest me didn't have any available. We asked the at the time if we could pay cash at time of pick up if we held with a card...the response was "no problem". I left work early to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the truck just to be told I had to pay with a card. It was 5pm at that time and the banks were closed so I could deposit the money that I had taken out to pay for the truck back in to go ahead and.....pay for the truck with the card I was told I didn't need. So this put me back a day because I had to come the next morning driving another hour to pick it up. Then at drop off I was charged another 18 dollars for going over miles. Well I wouldn't have gone over miles if they would have factored in the extra I told them about by coming to a town 100 miles out of my way. I'm sorry but this was a post poor experience in an already stressful time. I will look at Penske for any moving I do in the future

Dennis JTerrible experience with pickup of equipment I was not promised what I ordered at the time,location and not the equipment I had reserved months ago. The reservation specialist had no empathy for my situation and didn't seem up care about my experience. raymond mThe lady that helped me here at drop off was very nice new but did great... Thanks to this lady for hearing me out and me venting about my experience.. But there was no need for all the yelling and threatening for being late. I was charged an extra day and I paid it. Didnt keep the Uhaul a extra day because this lady just scared me. So I returned it half filled. I hope the next person doesn't deal with whoever this lady out of Fargo,ND is.

Shane aCorporate needs to be better with scheduling and booking equipment. A customer should not be delayed over 12 hrs due to no equipment that was booked weeks prior. A customer should not have to drive 2.5 hrs away to get a truck and same back.
