dawna oteroCustomer service was below par. Associate wasn't offering much help on check out. i.e. - just pointed to where the trailer was "down in front of the gas station", which I thought was weak - I don't know what the correct trailer is. In his defense, it looked like he was the only one there. Went to hook it up myself, and found the trailer wheels caught in a dip before the curb. I couldn't move trailer side to side. More help on hook up would've been nice. Then I pulled up back in front of office door for final check out - no words to see if I knew how to drive a trailer or words of advice, just "your good". He did check the lights after I mentioned it.
Christopher Hugthe truck assigned, wrong keys, wrong truck, wrong mileage calculation, wrong dual calculation, wrong everything. Mobile checkout totally sucked! what’s the point waiting over 10 minutes in the rain for a f** live agent, who doesn’t even respond to you…. pointless! I do not recommend. The location gave me one vehicle and i spend over an hour for a seamlessly advertised handoff. It’s BS! It’s all a lie!

Shamika CunninghamI couldn't pick my vehicle up via 24/7. Web site and app were not working properly. It took me 45 min to get the the truck and left me outside in 33° temperature. I paid for 24 moving blankets and did not get them. The vehicle drop off was even worse, it was pouring down rain the app and website were not working properly again, I had to chat with 2 different people to get it done. Finally I used my wife's ios to complete it. The number of pictures required was ridiculous. It had me take a picture of the cargo area, after I took the picture in the downpour I had to climb up the bumper to get the pull down strap at which time me foot slipped on wet bumper and I hurt my hand. This was a horrible experience from start to finish.

Corinda HarrisService person was rude. I reserved a dolly which I badly needed since I was loading the truck by myself. He said he did not have one and could not do anything about it. When I complained, he then said I could look in other trucks that were recently returned. Luckily I found one. I don't understand why there was not one set aside since I reserved it and paid for it with my reservation. While important to me, this did not seem to be a concern for the service person.

Sridhar BingiThe mobile app could not launch the truck return process because I did not allow it to have location services permission when I installed it. Clicking on the return truck link simply refreshed the screen, and did not result in any error message, which was confusing. In the end I called U-Haul and they helped me change location services permission on my phone, and I was able to return using website https://uhaul.com/return . Other than the app issue, U-Haul was great!

RICARDO ANDRESVehicle wasn't cleaned and they overcharge for mileage that you don't use. Disputed the amount and no one contacted us back about it. We were charged for it anyway. I will never rent there vehicle again.

EARL SECOLAWhile the staff were very friendly, the truck I received did not have enough gas to get home, so I had to purchase gas before even leaving the parking lot of the store (Staff did give me a heads up on me and inform me of the credit that would be applied to the rental for purchasing a certain amount of gas). The more I drove it the worse it sounded, and the cab smelled like cigarettes while the floor had food and trash was tucked behind the driver seat. What bothered me most, however, was that the self check in at the app wasn't working. When the staff helped me check in to start the rental, the cost of the truck + Safemove doubled from what the app had quoted me.

Rick DennisThis was the 2nd time I tried using the pick-up prior to opening from the app and both times I've had to return to the store. In this case, I picked up the truck, but immediately upon starting the vehicle had a tire sensor and low pressure light come on. I left it at the store and returned at 9am when they opened. The gentlemen was very nice, but said "It's no big deal. I can get you another vehicle, but it might have the same warning light." I kept the original vehicle since it only had 20K miles on it. The truck clean on the inside, but the moving pads I ordered were not in the back of the truck. It wasn't until I mentioned they weren't in the back was I informed "We don't have any". The gentlemen said he would remove them from my invoice. During our drive, it started to rain and I was surprised that only 1 windshield wiper worked. Luckily it was the driver side. I will most likely try another company next time I need a rental.

ranadheer kasugantiI never received a receipt when I returned the vehicle. I was told I would be sent one via email but never received it. Also when I dropped the vehicle off they didn't bother to come out and inspect it or check anything. Leaves you with an uneasy feeling.

Christopher BarryThe guy at the counter set us up with a different reservation than we had originally set up online. Refused to take our reservation number and ended up charging us more than what we were supposed to pay for and charged us a gas fee when we filled up the tank to where it needed to be, on top of all this the man at the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly. All in all I will not be coming back to this location for our work
