Employee unprofessional on the phone and generally unhelpful with a bad attitude. I was charged incorrectly for fuel on return.

Sivakumar P.Trailer was not ready, behind several others including a 6x12 that I had to move myself. No wiring harness, no blankets that I reserved. Told me the blankets were in another unit, went there, none. Ended up having to go to another location and get blankets where were stuffed in a returned unit and covered with leaves. The trailer roof leaked and all our stuff got wet when it rained. Manager never left his desk other than to take a picture of it hitched up. Terrible and unusual for uhaul.
Regan T.My pick up location was changed to Qwik Pack and Ship the night before our rental. The reservation confirmed that I was guaranteed a truck and a dolly for a 1 way trip. The man working inside was very rude when asked about the dolly. Once he looked at our reservation, we were told that he doesn't rent them for 1way travel
Andrew B.The signage for where to park the vehicle is not obvious. We only knew the right spot because there was another U-Haul truck there. Turned out, that parking spot was on the other side of another U-Haul location. All went well, but signage could've been better

Viraj M.There was no one there to rent from. Office was supposed to open at 8:30am. I had even confirmed the day before. There were at least 3 other people waiting for the store to open & it never did. A wonderful customer service person at the 800 # helped me get access to the lockbox. This wait delayed me over an hour. And since the shop was closed, I didn't get the hand dolly I needed. This store is poorly run, no signs that they were closed, no communication, nothing.
James S.Store was 10 minutes late opening and No Hand Trucks available and we had to go to multiple other locations to find one, and it was only available local instead of one way. This caused to start an hour later than I wanted to. I am expecting to see a $12 credit for not being able to use the handtruck.

JOHN W.U-haul equipment is not at this location so if you need utility or furniture dollies, you need to rent it separately from Qwik Pack & Ship. This location is small too with only one person working so make sure you arrive 15 minutes early for your rental to wait in line.

DELLA V.If a customer is familiar with the online technology you utilize and there are no glitches in their access, the process should move along smoothly. However, if this is not the case, the process will take longer for the renter. Also, if there are numerous customers waiting , as was the case when I went to pick up my vehicle, it makes for a very stressful situation for the attendant. The potential care needed to assist customers appears to be daunting for one person. Unfortunately, staff was limited to one person on the day of my rental and it appeared to be a bit overwhelming.
Angela S.Employee at the pickup location was extremely rude and not attentive. My pickup was mobile and it was not working - the associate in the store who “helped†me get my rental did not give clear instructions and made me load my own moving pads and dolly into the truck. Will not ever rent from this location again.

DAVID P.Whoever was at the front desk acted completely annoyed when I came in and asked for a uhaul. Whenever I asked a specific question he had an attitude and replied “ read the confirmation emailâ€. I asked where exactly to return it and his reponse was read the sign. Super rude, annoyed, wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

John M.My drop-off reservation was changed without informing me. This location was 20 miles away from my destination. The original drop-off location I reserved was 1 mile from my new house. I had to have someone follow me and pick me up, an hour round-trip, rather than 10 min round-trip. The location did have ample parking. It was a little tedious finding the night drop-box; the sign on the front door was very dense and the pertinent information was not clearly indicated.

JENNIFER H.I pre-reserved a hand truck and some furniture pads along with a self-service truck pick up. When I finally made it through the self check in process on my phone (which took 15 mins due to the website crashing repeatedly) I was told I had to go inside to get the keys anyways. The whole point was for this to be contact free! Not to mention I almost drove off without my additional equipment - glad I checked the cargo area of the truck. I went back inside and the clerk told me to go check in a worn down I haul trailer behind the dumpsters where he keeps all the supplies. I found a large pile of mattress pads but no dolly. I went back in and he said he couldn't give me any of the ones in the store even though 5 were sitting there. I told him I had pre-reserved it and he told me it was subject to availability. Very poor experience.
David S.When I arrived at this location for the 24/7 share, everything was closed down. I tried to self check in but I had to call an operator. The location had my name down but something happened on their end, and I could not receive the truck. I had to drive 20 min (close to 9 miles one way) in the opposite direction of my move, spend extra gas mileage (money), and return the truck out of the way. I'm disappointed at the organization. I had to move everything around when I was not at fault, as well as spend extra money. Disappointed.
