Missing the dolley and other moving amenities.

I was told there would be no deposit originally and that I had an option to pay cash or credit but when I got there I had to put a deposit and could only pay with card! It was a lot more than expected due to the person I made the reservation gave me false information! But truck was clean and store clerk was very nice and helpful

How can you fix a rear mirror above the dash board?? It's a bit hard not to have a mirror to see a car behind you. I say tucks need to be upgraded.o

Upon getting the truck we were told it might not make it, if we were going out of town and there was no gas cap.

There is a fraud at this store and for 4 hrs of rental, I was charged double the Rental Fee and Insurance. Please provide me refund as soon as possible.

First off, they NEVER answered the phone out of the 20+ times I called to try to find out their hours of operation. When I got there I pulled in out front so that someone can check off the truck, but when I went inside the lady told me I couldn’t park there and told me to move it behind the building.

Was Going around in circles Trying to find drop Off Location

The pick up was a mess. We had submitted my drivers license and when we got to the location the cashier said that it was not received, if not received how could we get the confirmation number. So we had to resubmit the information, and then be told that they needed a time to drop off when we specifically told them we would have it back by a certain time. This location was not very friendly or helpful.

My original truck size didn't have a ramp. Made reservation online, that wasn't clear. When arrived at location and realized I needed next size up to get a ramp, they were able to accommodate that. What I didn't like was adding damage protection without asking/ informing me. I had originally declined that option.

It’s a hole in the wall liquor store but the owners are very nice and it seems like the public that walked in there knew them so they have a great reputation… It was a pleasure thank you👍

Worst experience ever. will never use Uhaul again. will tell all my friends and family never to use this company again. the self check in do not work. no one was helpful at the location. sent me to 3 different locations. just a total waste of time. totally ruined my moving day and plans.

Dolly was reserved, but no dolly was present. The operator at the pick up location said they had never been given any dollys. Absolutely made moving day horrible. I have always used uhaul. I will try someone else next time. I also had a $50 rental guarantee I will be calling for that tomorrow on the dolly.

Honestly my experience was a joke. The attendant had no idea what he was doing. He canceled my reservation to Washington. I spent over an hour and a half at the store trying to get my uhaul.

I did request to rent a dolly but upon receiving the truck, one was not present. Overall the location was weird but the people running the store were fantastic and very polite and friendly.
