The equipment was returned at 12:05 pm on Saturday, October 17th. My return was input as 10/19/2026 at 6:08 pm. So they overcharged me for the rental, as well as double-charged me for Safe Move ($60 whereas it should be $30, yet even still I DECLINED this coverage via the app and they added it anyway when I rescheduled the pickup.) They also charged me $20 for an after-hours service fee. This location overcharged me by a total of around $140. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
