It was a small location but I had no problem returning the truck.

I filed a claim because of the equipment condition, I had to buy cleaning supplies and pressure wash the equipment out myself before I could even use it. No one has gotten back to me about the claim.

There was nothing wrong with the Woodland location, however the original reservation pickup location was supposed to be at Lewisville Market. The market location changed to the Battle Ground mini storage location. When I arrived at the mini storage location, the truck was completely inoperative with a dead battery. The employee at the desk was helpful, but the office smelled like cigarette smoke. It was frustrating to lose 4 hours of my planned truck loading day because of the inoperative truck. I was pleased with Woodland. They had a great functioning truck that was clean and fairly new. Great customer support on a last minute truck reservation that the mini storage location never relayed the information to.

better understanding why I should have to pay for an extra day when it looked like I had paid for 3 days. Contract layout problem or I just dont understand why it said 3 days on contract

Had to wait for someone to return to the store to help me. When I brought the truck back, took forever for the guy to go get the mileage. I thought he was taking a nap. He said couldn't get the dome light to go off. I said that is because it goes off automatically when you get out and close the door. Duh Won't use this Uhaul location again.

They did not hook up my trailer he said he couldn’t and he didn’t know how. I did it all myself. I requested a different location of than this one because this is their reputation locally. They should only have trucks. They probably should be a Uhaul dealer. I have been using Uhaul for over 20 years and this was a terrible representation of your company.

The truck was filthy inside and out. Cigarette aches all over in the cab. I cleaned up all of it.

The only mark against it is very limited selection, since it is a gas station outpost style U-Haul, but then again, they were the only location within 50 miles of my house that had the 6x12 trailer we needed! I just suspect that under normal circumstances, they have less stuff, since they only have room for maybe 6 or 7 trucks/trailers.

I was very frustrated with this experience: I had reserved a 20 foot truck on a Saturday for 8 AM in Vancouver, WA, yet the truck was not returned for use until after 10 AM, and was dropped at a far location so I was forced to drive to Woodland, WA to pick up a different truck; as a result, all the movers that I had coordinated with for the original date/time, had left and I was unable to move on schedule. Apparently the 20 foot trucks were scarce that day as well, meaning that it was impossible to find what I needed in a timely manner as I had planned. Additionally, the Vancouver UHaul location contacted and verified with Woodland location that I was on my way and gave ETA; however, when I arrived, the person there had left to pick up a family member for work and I had to wait another half hour for them to return--there was no one else able to help me. This experience was extremely stressful and frustrating because the I had people to help move, waiting for several hours while I dealt with the truck issue, had to leave for other appointments in the meanwhile, which meant that I had to coordinate with other movers to get my things onto the truck.

Terrible location!! We had a 26 foot truck pulling a car hauler. Not enough room to maneuver the truck safely. Customers everywhere at the gas pumps making it very hard to get thru to a place to park the truck & trailer. Enclosed trailers were parked one in front of the other & sticking way out past the painted lines for parking~I have pictures. On a positive note, the kid working was great!!

The young man that helped us was very nice and helpful. This location is a convience store and didn't really appear to be set up to handle rentals.

I am using U Boxes and I wouldn't have had to rent the truck if I had some idea what 2000 lbs. looked like. As it was I had to remove half of all our stuff out of all five of the boxes. A lot of work and I wasn't happy and it will cost me another $500. Hopefully it will turn out OK.

Install the best wipers on the market available. The ones currently on yourtrucks are cheep, dangerous, noisy, and distracting while driving in the rain.

The people were very nice, but the location is a gas station with lots of traffic and not very good parking. My husband was trying to pack into a spot, and a person leaving a gas pump decided to go behind my husband go leave when he should of gone in front of him.

The rental agreement was not ready when I arrived as expected because I did the online checkin process. Took 30 minutes to pick up the trailer when the same process has taken 5 minutes at other local locations. I will not return to this location in the future. No assistance was offered to hook up the trailer.

I reserved online and it still took 1/2 hour to get rental. It appeared this location does not receive many rentals online and it seemed that the person who checked me out was unfamiliar with the process. Check in process went very quickly and smoothly. The person who checked me in was very competent.

The location of pick was changed on me three times. To improve, try not bouncing a person around so much. Also, the truck was clean however, the electrical system had huge issues. The radio did not work and the radio/clock lights would flicker on and off and you could hear it switching. After filling up with gas, the radio turned on when I opened the door to get back in. I would say there is a clear grounding issue. over 6 hours of driving with no radio was a long way to go. The truck did drive nicely though.

They could barely speak english. They never did a walk around or checked fuel level. Didnt get a receipt after asking for one they said it would be sent via email. I tried to call N2 the number and got some lady and she was very rude to me use profanity towards me so I used it back to her they threatened to charge my card we finally took it back to an authorized U-Haul dealer on Highway 99 and they were amazing! They had logs of everything that the other companies didn't do pretty much and actually gave us a credit for our mileage from now on we will be using the dealership on Highway 99 by 78th Street

The employee did not know how to process our pickup. It took an hour. We had a 3 hour drive ahead of us and tuis delay was not good. We had already done the reservation on the phone.
