Wallace FI didn’t choose this drop off location. When I reserved the truck I had picked another one, but for some reason, UHaul changed it during my rental period. I had to drive an extra 30 minutes because of this.

Michael AThe car dolley I rented caused major issues with my truck, caused my check engine light to go haywire. Once I dropped it off, it took a few miles before my truck went back to normal.
Toby YHorrible, worse experience ever. Charged my card multiple times without my authorization & still no credit received. Cancelled my first reservation for no reason. Got hung up on multiple times. One customer service rep refused to help me even though the reservation was in my name. Will never use you again & recommend nobody does. Find better employees that are competent enough to do their job & provide good customer service.

Teek PThe Manager was very nice and professional. I have rented from 3 other u haul (Bloomingburg) did not have the trailer I needed. This manager is always very helpful and nice not like other locations. This location is the best in the area do your rental with. The manager makes your rental a pleasure.

henry mWhen reserving a truck online, it would be better if the original location listed was kept the same. I reserved a truck for Monticello, NY. When I got the confirmation text, the pick-up location was changed to Bloomingburg, a spot 20 min away from my starting location, adding 40 min and 20 miles to my starting point.
