The drop off point was not marked in any way to identify it as U Haul was very hard to find in a bad neighborhood. No other U-Haul vehicles to identify it. One of the employees had me park it on the road because there is no parking area, said he would get me checked in and disappeared, had to locate another employee to check in and no of them attempted to help a 68 year old man to disconnect.

Goldie PWhen I set up the rental, I chose a location that I knew would be open on a Sunday. When I got the text from uhaul concerning the return it was at a location that was closed, unmarked, and had no drop box. I called the location that I had requested and they said that I would be charged a fee if I did not return it to the location listed in the text message. We ended up locking the truck and then coming back the next day when the location opened to make sure I was returning it to the right place. I asked where the drop box was and the attendant said they didn't have one yet. Even more frustrating than the pickup location.
