Hire new employee
mark R.Staff should be better trained in customer service and making sure they check the item return into the system showing it was returned. And not calling the customer after they explained the drop off instructions they were given.
JUDY J.The guy who gave me the U-Haul had no idea what he was doing, read me no contract information, spoke very quietly, and I ended up having to call someone to help me connect my U-Haul. 0/10 would not recommend and will not come back to this location again

Smith K.It's a gas station with a small section for uhaul vehicles. It was a little difficult backing the car hauler into the spot but I managed. The staff at that location was helpful.
