We used the storage unit for about two years - the unit was always dry and never had issues with pests.

Brian RThe best way to improve would be to take away their franchise rights. I showed up and they weren’t even open, just had a half assd sign stuck to the door whining about staffing shortages (which is code for we don’t pay enough to keep employees) and providing a phone number to call. I left a voice mail and am still waiting for a return call…over a day later. I want my money back. It took me over an hour to get my truck with ZERO help from the dealer.

Chris HFix the U-Haul website! I tried to check in on-line and the website changed my rate by a factor of 3X!!! This is unacceptable!!! It took a lengthy phone call with U-Haul (not the pickup location) to get back to a reasonable rate. The phone person wanted me to take a photo of my printed copy with the lower rate. Then she challenged me because it didn't say U-Haul in the photo. Unacceptable!!!
Kevin WVehicle was available on time as requested, filled with fuel and clean. Staff was very helpful in the checkout process, as was using the online reservation to initially secure a van. Will definitely recommend to others, especially since this location is so convenient to our town.

Danny fLocation was closed at my time of pick up. It cost me $500 in labor and possible another months rent in storage. Also had to make another 180 mile round trip on Monday to pick up the trailer when they opened. 2nd uhaul, 2nd bad experience…….
Michael CMake the app. used for after hours pick up and drop off easier to use. It was an extremely frustrating process during pick up and I was thankful to God there was a live person who I could turn the vehicle in with upon return.

Amy P | Overall ExperienceWas 2 days away from moving the county only to find out my original reservation was “moved” to a different location 1 hr away. No calls, not texts.. nothing! I only found out when I called to check in. Then the equipment was trash I returned it 5 days early and found out I would be charged for the entire 6 days. The equipment felt unsafe and I didn’t want to risk damaging my vehicle.

Carroll CI had an issue with a motorcycle trailer rental. I didn't know I had rented an 'in town' rental, one that had to be returned to the original rental dealer. Problem was I was going 400 miles away and staying. I called UHaul and they connected me to another dealer close to the original one that had a one way rental available. Problem was I was supposed to be in the area at 12:30 ish and they were closing at 12:00. They said they would stay late. The woman who stayed was very helpful.

kelly ethe APP is the worse thing you could have established. I received emails telling me two places to pick up the truck. I tried to pre register and when it did not work the person said I can't pre register. When t was at Queenstown to pick up the truck my picture was too dark. I had to take 5 pictures and then multiple pictures of my drivers license, I was asked for more ID like my passport. I told her I didn't carry it with me she said most people don't so why would you then ask for it. VERY VER BAD EXPERIANCE

I ended up dropping off the trailer in the limited space in front of the store. Ridiculous for this store to be closed on the most popular day that people rent equipment.
