Karen LU-Haul’s regional manager Jeremy misrepresented this location as expert in loading a low profile car on a n auto transport. Lonnie provides great customer service but does not have that expertise despite what Jeremy told me.

Noe DThe process using the app is horrifically frustrating. It is slow and unresponsive. If you accidentally refresh a page you have to restart the entire process as it doesn't save your progress. Also, if uhaul is going to rely on app based remote checkout, either ensure that all cell service carriers have reception in that area or provide a hotspot.
