Amber DGreat experience at this location, but this is the second time renting a truck that I had to go out of my way to pick up a truck. While given extra mileage, there's no accounting for the extra time I had to spend picking it up.
Geoffrey WI took the truck from the rental office to my house. I then took it directly to my new house. Then to return the truck. Never went anywhere else, but I was still charged for overage miles. How?? I never ventured anywhere by my houses. Makes no sense.
Don EThe truck was absolutely disgusting when we picked it up. Chicken nuggets on the floor. Garbage on the floor. Tobacco on dash from cigarettes. Broken down box behind drivers seat. Not to mention I couldn't GET my truck because of App situations on the night I was supposed to get it!
ANN GThe people at this location were wonderful. The only issue was that the contract listed the truck as having 3/4 of a tank but it only had a 1/2 of a tank. The online reservation experience was horrible and the two people I spoke with were extremely rude and disrespectful. They both put the blame on corporate for the poor reservation service. I will not go through uhaul again because of this. I will use budget or hire a moving company.
CAROL BI be putting in a claim. When we put the trailer on the hutch and ran the chains the worker took a picture and said it was on good. And we were good to go, as. Soon as we pulled out the trailer came off the hitch set the hydronic brake. The hydronic brake locked up all whe we were sitting in the middle of the road. It messed up my truck and now it does t run right.
