Picked up the trailer, got it loaded and had a tire go flat. Had to find another UHaul location to replace the tire for us. In fact, all the tires were low on air pressure, some as low as 40 psi. But, the UHaul Center took care of the all the tires for us.

Uhaul charged me for all 6 days upon turn in instead of just for 2 extra days (a difference of over $100). The personnel at the turn in location couldn't do anything to change it either

1st trailer had tail light problems and when I got it home and inspected unit, it had a flat tire. Returned trailer to Quality Collision and received a replacement trailer that was newer and in better condition. 2nd trailer worked properly and had no problems with unit.

Can't really rate this location from the inside because we wasn't invited in out of hot weather but again the service was courteous & prompt & very polite. Again thanks to U- haul for getting us a truck when we needed it the most.

Not charge people for things they didn't want or use. I never asked for pads, but I was charged. I was charged for an Appliance Dolly and a Utility Dolly. I reserved an Appliance Dolly but didn't get it.

It was a hotel, their office was not air conditioned or nice, and the drop-off point was not clearly marked. Service was pleasant though.

I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR MILES UNUSED. UPON CONTACTING TRAFFIC, I WAS TOLD OTHERWISE. IT IS UPSETTING THE MISCOMMUNICATIONS. MOST DEALERS HAVE A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE THAN TRAFFIC. VERY DISAPPONTING.

The man was rude and insisted the gas tank was empty when there was. 1/4 tank left which was how much in it when I purchased in Michigan.He also made me move the truck where he wanted it because he stated he couldn't drive a big truck.I would never recommend this place.This spot was chosen because my storage unit was 1 1/2 mile away from interstate.
