711 S. Pine Street, Vivian, LA was not the original pick up location. The original pick up location did not have the 20' Truck that I had previously reserved. I called U-Haul Customer Service and they said the nearest 20' Truck was in Vivian (30 mile drive from original pick up location). I drove to Vivian and rented the Truck. This is the 3d U-Haul Truck I've rented in the last 14 months (17' plus towing package and 26' Truck were the other 2) and it was by far the best Truck of the 3. Don't I get some consideration for not being able to pick up the reserved Truck at the original pick up location as I was told? Thanks. William Dykes 318-401-6729 (mobile)

All went well. The only issue was the broken cable which we didn’t use anyway. Trailer pulled amazingly.
