This place will charge you even after you have return your uhaul rental an extra 3 days. If I didn’t receive a notification on the charges from my bank I would’ve never caught it. This place I will never again or recommend anyone to rent from. They should loose their contract with uhaul. I’m pretty sure they have gotten away in the past or on people that didn’t pay attention to these charges.

The truck was dirty and the people were really rude.

System was down, took almost 30 minutes to get it, just to find none of the equipment I needed was in the truck, and the truck HAD ALMOST NO FUEL!

I specifically asked to pick up my truck at 7am. The truck was not set up for 24/7 pick up service so my truck was delayed until they were “open” at 9am. I had to push back my movers. When I arrived at 835 so I could be there right at 9 when it “opened”, the gas station was already open so I probably could have picked up my truck when originally intended and avoid a huge headache.

Only one staff peson running the entire gas station and had to go back and forth between all customers and myself to get me checked in. Truck only had 17 miles to empty in the tank when I picked it up. I had thought it needed to be at least at 1/4 of a tank. Very disappointing.

The gas was not full when I rented it so I got charged for my gas and the missing gas.and there is an extra charge of 66 dollars and I can't get a hold of anyone to tell me why

The charged even when I didn't have the truck. Don't rent from them. They return the truck late. Big mistake by using that location
