He made sure I knew a good estimate of what it would cost before fully booking, he went over the entire u-haul with me and even gave me a phone number I would call in case I had any issues. I'll never get a u-haul any other place, I highly recommend Provincial Wash/u-haul dealer in Montague PE!

michel B.I did not receive any confirmation that the equipment was returned. We were assured an email would be sent with date, time, and location confirmation of equipment return along with status of the equipment. No confirmation was provided, either physical paper or email. The equipment was returned on Monday, 27 February around 11am at Provincial Mobile Wash in Montague.

Karly R.location did not have after hours pickup as I had requested, which caused me to have to pick up vehicle the evening before. This caused me to incur extra mileage charges. As well, the truck door was so stiff I could barely open it.

Mileage allowance (from Montague) was adjusted to match Charlottetown as the ferry is not running at this time of year and the distance taking the fixed link is the only route off the island.

Barry W.The trailer I used has a too short wiring harness. I had to buy an extension cable for my vehicle to have sufficient length. I've towed many trailers and never had an issue with my harness length. Also, previous damage to the pass side trailer fender is such that the door catch cannot engage the door.

euclide H.The only problem was that the trailer straps were quite frozen because it was stored outside. So it took longer to load than it would have otherwise, however Duncan went the extra mile to get us going.

health P.We made a reservation for a 10' Truck in July and was informed that we may not get a 10'. If they could not get a 10', we would get a 15' at the same price. Two day before pick-up, we were informed we would be getting a 20' truck. We were not happy!!! This greatly increased our gas cost and toll charges which affected by moving budget.
Patricia B.My initial rental was booked for preferred pickup in Charlottetown, PEI at 10am on Aug 31. I received a call on Thursday that the closest depot with what I reserved was in Souris, PEI. After driving an hour to the pick-up location, the trailer was not there and the agent didn't know when it would be brought back. I was told to call U-Haul. The support agent that I spoke with was terrific. He did all he could to help get the situation resolved - which he did. The agent in Montague is fantastic. He made sure everything was in order, the trailer was hooked up and secure, and I felt confident leaving his location. Highly recommended.
