I called and asked for a utility and the company did not have. I wasn’t in the system when I got their after making a reservation. So the process took over an hour when I was on a time schedule. The place I picked up a cargo (as that is all they had to offer), was great, but the rep I spoke to over the phone messed up everything. Am not to happy with that.

My original reservation was made with this office but they didn’t have the trailer size we needed. So she made the reservation with another local site. We showed up for our 5:30 appt to pick it up and that office had closed at 5 when the website says 6. All other locations were also closed by this time. Wasn’t able to get trailer til the next day. Delayed our trip. However, the original site now had the size trailer needed and we were able to reserve with them. Different woman and she was great! Cancelled with corporate our failed appt and rescheduled it. All uhaul sites should have accurate hours posted online and all other uhaul locations should see reservations. If they had, they would have known it was closed and he should have seen that the reservation was after his hours. Thank you for getting it straightened out but it delayed our trip by a few hours. The girl working at the pool place told my husband to find the right trailer. There was no one to help him attach the trailer to his truck or check to make sure it wasn’t attached correctly.

I employee did not come out to the UHAUL with me to review everything. The miles and gas were not recorded correctly. The Uhaul was also dirty. I tried calling the place I picked everything up from multiple times and they never answered the phone. Now I have to make sure I get charged correctly for everything.

My rental was for a one-way from Owensboro, Ky to Queen Creek, Az. Due to some car troubles, this trip is no longer feasible. I needed to return the car dolly to the nearest center in Paducah, Ky after only 1 day. Will I be able to receive a refund from the difference of locations?

Your computer system seems to take a long time to enter all the data. I've rented a number of times lately and each encounter took a call to U-Haul for help. I think I'm averaging about an hour at any location to do a pickup. Most of that is waiting for the data entry.

This location was a life saver after having bad and very unprofessional service from Family Satellite uhaul rental located in Owensboro as well. I was pleased to know I could go to Professional Pool Service and do business. Please bote that Family Satallite is not a plus for the uhaul rental industry. They arr very rude and unprofessional. They didn't even have the truck I RESERVED, so tried to force me to take a much larger truck that wasnt even feasible and the main lady was very rude and mouthy. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH FAMILY SATELLITE!!! THANK YOU PROFESSIONAL POOL SERVICE for such a great, pleasant, stress free, and professional experience.

The cab was filthy with mud all over the floor, ashes in the tray, soda pop spray on the dash, and general dust and dirt. Two packets of packing blankets were damp. After 6 hours of my wife complaining at me about my stupidity I cleaned the cab myself the next morning.

The woman at the counter had no idea how to rent the trailer,lots of wrong info.The trailer I reserved was not there so I was given a larger trailer ,I was told for the same price but once I left and looked at contract i was charged almost double

After processing and helpfully explaining all of the paperwork, the person at the counter gave me the key and told me it was "the one at the back of the lot, I think." This left me to back the truck out and turn around in very tight quarters (a narrow driveway, rubble, sheds, dumpsters, pool supplies, other vehicles, etc.). I would have much preferred that the truck be somewhere easily accessible as I do not have much recent experience in maneuvering around a 26' vehicle. Once I got the truck back to my house (45 minutes away) I discovered that the furniture dolly I had requested was missing.

Someone should come out and help hook things up and check lights. We had to roll a car hauler ourselves. Luckily I had a man with me that could lift it and roll it around several trucks to hook it up. I couldn’t lift it myself. Also there should be a separate area for the uhual customers instead of feeli like your standing in the way for their pool business

I had to make trip to hardware store to get towing hitch and balls. It would be nice if they sell some of the small equipment as well.

This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had with UHaul. This was my 4th UHaul experience. The other 3 were great. We called on February 21st to reserve the UHaul box. The women clearly told us that everything we had would fit in 1box. We also set up help with a moving company thru UHaul. The moving help was for 2 helpers. From that day on until the day of March 11th my partner and I would call at least once a week maybe twice just to make sure everything was fine. But then on March 11th everything went to Hell. I called just to confirm everything once again to only be on the phone for over a hour. The box was supposed to be delivered the next day! On the 11th I found out that she did not schedule any help for us at all. We had to drive over a hour to meet with the owner of the moving company to start getting answers due to UHaul telling us that it was no longer on them and they could not longer help. With the owner of the company we got back on the phone with UHaul and the moving help part of UHaul. After about another hour on the phone we thought we had everything figured out.... The manager from UHaul then told us that one box would be all we need. We asked again to make sure and once again he says 1 will be enough. The next day the box comes and guess what..... It was not enough. We were knocked back 4 hours from our schedule due to this inconvenience. While trying to get another box sent to us I encountered a very rude women on the phone. UHaul also wanted us to pay a extra $450 for another box when it was clearly the fault of UHaul. Luickly they did not make us pay the full $450 but did make us pay $200. Then the district manager told me on the phone that we had to deliver the UHaul box back to the location ourselves. But then after about 20 minutes he called back and said he would deliver it. You would then think after this everything would go good right? Well no! Our boxes were then delivered 2 days later than first told. Now we are having trouble getting the $100 back that Uhaul says they would refund if the box gets delivered late. Also there was an additional $150 charge that we were never told about. We will be in contact with a lawyer very soon to discuss all the distress and headache this has caused us.

The business was not open when we dropped the Uhaul off, so we did not see or speak to anyone. We will definitely use Uhaul again if needed.

Everything was great, I've used this place before. Best in Owensboro by far. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I took pictures of the mileage before and after, I take pictures of everything for legality. They tacked on 2 extra miles to my bill after I had parked it in the lot, and removed the keys. You gotta pick your battles, but it's still dishonest and I'm sure they thought I wouldn't notice. Luckily it's not even $2, but still. Just be sure to cover your ass.

Nice people, but the place was a complete mess. Look at the aerial on google earth. It looks like a junk yard. Scary!
