The location wasn't open or prepared for my reservation at 10am. The employee didn't arrive until 10:30 and didn't even know if he had a U-Haul available to use. The windshield wipers had never been changed and the vehicle had never had the cab wiped down. I will definitely not pickup or drop off at this location again. You should remove them as a dealer location.Ryan G.

Wrong place for Uhaul. This is a impound business a lot of bad things can happen while picking up a rental truck in a place like that also the worker was knowledgeable about what to do after me telling him I didn't sign up for the insurance I didn't want it he charged me anyway.Curtis G.

Worst UHaul experience ever. I scheduled my truck so I could pick it up using the mobile app by 9:30. When I got to the location, I signed into the app to pick it up, and it said it was changed to hand delivery only. No one ever notified me of this so I waited until 10:00 for them to open. But at 10:00, no one was there. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. There were signs on the premises that said â€œ24 hour armed securityâ€ and â€œdogs will bite your ass.â€ Finally at 10:30, some guy comes around the corner. He gives me the key. I ask why it got changed to hand delivery only and he said I don't know. He seemed like he was on drugs. I was over an hour late to my move and had movers waiting. UHaul did not give me a refund or nothing.Anthony L.

For whatever reason, I was required to drive six miles to pick up the 4 by 8 cargo I had rented weeks earlier through a nearby U-Haul location. The primary business at this location was auto impounding. I felt as though I was an ex-con dealing with a low-life guy whose main business was releasing impounded vehicles. It was easily the worst business experience of my life. The guy who finally connected my trailer didn't have the extension cable needed to connect lighting from my SUV to the trailer. Still, he let me take the trailer without any lights. Less than two miles from this location was a large, well equipped U-Haul center. They gave me the cable I needed, checked my lights, and sent me on my way. After that, my 2,200 mile tow was without incident. You need to get rid of this non-U-Haul location I was sent to. If you care enough, write me and I'll give you all the particulars.Richard M.

Absolutely horrible! We drove from Ohio to Texas, asked multiple times if the truck and trailer would make it to Texas and if it had been inspected, to which they answered yes. We trusted them blindly, not knowing what was in store for us. First, the trailer tire blew which wasn't a big deal. We contacted roadside assistance, who stated the service provider would be out in 90 minutes. Once the 90 minutes passed, we were told it would be another 120 minutes. Then once that time passed they kept reassuring us it would be another 15 minutes. They didn't show up for 5 hours. Fixed the tire, and we were on our way. Once we hit the road again, we began to smell gas fumes coming from the air vents. Contacted roadside assistance, who assured they'd be out in 60 minutes. It was 2 hours before anyone showed up. The service provider then said the water pump was busted and he needed to find the part for it in the morning. The next morning we were told by U-Haul roadside assistance that the part had been found and they would be out in 60 minutes to fix it. 60 minutes passed and no one showed. We contacted the service provider who then explained that the part couldn't be found that day and we'd have to wait. Contacted U-HAUL, waited on hold, was bounced around to the different departments until someone finally helped us find a new truck. We had to reload the truck on our own, no movers to help. Then on our way we headed. Then next morning the NEW truck we just switched to began to shake uncontrollably, had a service provider come out and say that the tired needed air and the road could have just been too bumpy. Needless to say we demanded a full refund. I do not recommend U-HAUL!THAER O.

I had the uhaul reseved fror 48 hours. Returned it in 24 hours and was still charged gor 48. Not happy.Michael M.
Both of these locations were ok. The problem was with uhaul. To begin with when I reserved the truck and car trailer there was no mention (maybe in the fine print) that the pick up location is not guaranteed. I got a call 2 days before the move that I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to get truck and then 20 miles in the opposite direction to get car trailer. When I went to get truck, the truck had not been returned timely. So we had to wait about a hour to get our truck and the pick up location wouldn't allow my son to use the restroom. Ridiculous. These annoyances weren't the end of the world but when you're on time constraints when moving, it's just unnecessary aggravations.Ken H.
The gentleman behind the Dess act like he was afraid of me. He was having trouble with the computer so he put all the information in on his phone. There was never any place for me to sign for insurance and he did not ask about it he seem as if though he was prejudice.SAm M.
